Tony did an excellent job of replacing my mothers water heater. We called late in the afternoon and they had Tony come out to her house within an Hour to look at her failed water heater that had begun leaking water. I thought they would come over to see what needed done and be back sometime the next day. He had a replacement in his truck and offered to replace it that night. He stayed until 1am to ensure the job was completed correctly. He repaired her recirculating pump and several other things that he found in the in the process but honored the price he quoted her. I appreciate his expertise and professionalism and the extra time he took to make sure the job was done correctly. He left the area clean and tidy and everything is working great. I would definitely recommend Tony and use this company again.

We had an incredible experience with our service/repairman. Joshua was so friendly and thorough. He made sure we knew what was going on from the start. We felt comfortable that he was straight with us. He radiated integrity and that is in short supply today. Couldn't have felt better about our experience. Active plumbing employees are so professional and kind. When I spoke to Carl to make an appointment he was helpful. I needed an emergency repair for a toilet leak issue and the response was quick. Tony got here on time and repaired the leak and changed out the supply line right away. Very efficient and helpful as well. I would recommend this company and will get their service again in the near future. Thank you active plumbing. 10 stars. 😊💯👍🏽

We were very pleased with our experience with this company. We realized our AC unit was down in the evening, called first thing in the morning, and our lives were back to normal by 9:30am. TL, our repairman, was professional and friendly. We will definitely use them again!

What these people do is buy your review from you. They offer a discount if you leave a good review and to me that's pretty shady. We paid over $500 dollars to have our system recharged that was only a little low according to the tech and it made absolutely no difference to the efficiency from what we can tell. They charged us for 2 lbs of refrigerant at $100/lb and I know for a fact he didn't use 2 lbs since he said the system only holds 2 lbs and all he did was top it off. We purchased the maintenance agreement for 1 year but after that expires we will be finding another company to do business with.

They're fast and efficient and definitely a great company to work with. They did seem a little bit pricey but we were in an emergency situation they knew it and so did we. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I can’t say enough about the service and professionalism, from start to finish, provided for us today by Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning. Water was leaking from the wall in the garage and Danny was here to assess the situation within an hour. Kyle came and got us taken care of with a smile on his face. What an amazing human being. He went above and beyond to fix the leak.

Came out at 8pm on short notice to repair a pipe that burst open. Didn't gouge me for an emergency price and ender up getting it fixed for a reasonable price. Isaac was great! I'll definitely be calling these guys if I need assistance in the future.

I called the company to see if someone can come out to take a look at some plumbing issue I was having. They had someone out literally in 1 hr. Op and Wyatt were the two folks who came to my home. Both were very professional. Educated me on some of the plumbing issues I was having and gave me tips on ways to prevent for future. Definitely appreciate the info and the service they provided me.
