I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Tony for my clogged pipe issue. Before arriving he called a few times to let me know his ETA which I greatly appreciated! He was super personable and did a great job with my kitchen sink, even gave me some tips and pointers! I really appreciated that cuz I am a first time homebuyer and kinda feel like I got hoodwinked with this house :(

Noticed a stream of water from the driveway on Saturday afternoon and traced it back to the hot water heater. Turned off the main water supply. Called the number left on the heater from last time. Josh W. came by a few hours later, implemented a bypass and got the water turned back on in the house. Came back Sunday morning and got hot water flowing back through the house. Between Carl from dispatch, and Josh W. the technician, in less than 24 hours on a weekend, we went from all bad, to all good. Five star review! Thank-you guys! Until next time...

Very fast response time. A/C went out overnight and called first thing in the morning. Technician dispatched shortly after. New parts replaced. TL was very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

I recently used them for a water heater duct vent repair. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the previous installer did not do the installation up to code and the work had to be repaired. I now know to use Active Plumbing for all my future work in all my homes. The technician, Tony arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. Tony quickly analyzed the problem I had with my shower and gave me a fair quote for the job. He had the parts Ihat he needed in his plumbing truck and expertly finished the job to my complete satisfaction. After he finished he quickly cleaned the mess and gave me a bill that I was more than happy with. I would highly recommend this plumbing company.

I called up a plumber to swap out a flapper in my toilet bowl. He literally replaced this part with old part from his truck and hooked it with a washer -see photo.He then asked for 280$ for repair. THESE GUYS ARE COMPLETE RIP OFF. Be aware before calling them. The plumber tried to rip a military member off on a Memorial Day weekend.
