After a few different companies come out to do a diagnostic on my unit I felt the best about Bulldog air. Their diagnostic fee was lower than everyone else’s in town and the technician RAUL was the most professional and honest from the three companies.
He established what the problem was quicker than anyone else and did not have that pushy salesman demeanor.
I actually trusted him.
I highly recommend using this company and particularly Raul. Thanks again!

I had a rough experience using Bulldog earlier this week. The technician assessed the problem and presented my estimate. I tried to inquire where the price came from, as it felt a bit high/unfair. I simply inquired about the cost of the part and the amount for labor. As a potential new customer, I am carefully trying to assess if I am being bamboozled. The technician reacted unfavorably and took my concerns personally, asking if he should be punished for doing his job well. This left a sour taste in my mouth. I got a 2nd opinion from a different company who came in at 52% LOWER than Bulldog. Be careful out there people.

Katie with Bulldog AC reached out wanting me to change my review, they offered a refund in the with good standings on their part in wanting to make this right for both parties I agree to giving them 5 stars as in good business. Want to make it clear it was never about the workmanship of the repairs, just the charges and they have made it right by my standards. I would recommend this company.

Had a Handyman install a split unit in our office. Onky things needed was ro draw a vacuum make sure it held a vacuum, then open valve to allow freon in the rest of system(split unit comes with freon). Get the bill of 1500.00 called back talked with Katie was told that is a normal charge. Look the technician was there less than 1 hour. Did not have install any parts. Just hook vacation machine and gauges up, then open a valve. 1500.00. Unreal what a rip off. This company is a rip off. This star ratings -5stars. Next step BBB. They honestly feel like 1500.00 is justified.

Highly recommend. It is so difficult to find honest hvac services in Vegas. Look no further than bulldog. Our Tech was Able he was patient with all my questions and never tried to oversell me. He fixed the problem in less than an hour for a fair price. I will be using them again soon to replace my 27 year old system. Thank you Able for a job well done!

Where do i begin? Well I will say that this is the one expense I dreaded having to make, but I'm very happy and grateful I found Derek and his crew at bulldog air conditioning and heating. My original AC unit was 20 years old and it was on borrowed time, I was using one of the more expensive air condition companies for my routine maintenance and when they gave me an estimate for a total replacement I cried.
I knew this wasn't going to be cheap but I wasn't going to get taken advantage of by these bigger companies so I reached out to Derek after reading the wonderful reviews about this company and they came out and gave me a very reasonable and more affordable estimate.
The financing options, warranties and the specials that I got made me feel as if I got my money's worth, because this time of year wasn't in the heart of Summer. I chose Derek and his crew come out to do the job ASAP because they beat the competition and they were very empathetic about what I was going through and the stress I was feeling.
I work three jobs and my time is very limited but they were able to come in and do it in one day and completed it in the time frame given which was a big deal to me.. They also did an outstanding job with the install testing of equipment and show me how to use my new thermostat. The entire crew was very careful and cleaned up after everything was finished. I highly recommend using this family owned company over anyone else.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. From the consultation to the installation. It's been almost a week now since they have installed our A/C unit and it is working like a champ! Allen and Humberto were excellent very polite, knowledgeable, and arrived at the time they said they were going to. I have to give a huge shout out to Kimberlee because man did I put her through the ringer with multiple calls, questions, and text. She was very patient, very professional and very helpful. Also to Derrick the man behind the scenes, who responded very quickly when it came to anything in regards to our scheduled service, at almost any time of the day as well. Overall our experience with this company was fantastic and I would highly recommend using them!
