My experience with Controlled Comfort was incredible! My technician Derek, was superb! Derek was courteous, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and rectified it swiftly and with ease! In all my experience with other air conditioning and heating companies, Controlled Comfort is head and shoulders above the rest. I strongly feel that a company should recognize when they have employees that positively reflect their company. Amazing company to deal with!! A great experience for myself and my elderly parents. I was put in touch with Controlled Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning through American Home Shield Warranty Company, this entire experience with both companies was exceptional. I called the warranty company and they created a work order and informed me that I would be contacted by Controlled Comfort Heating . . . They contacted me within 5 minutes and offered a same day appointment. We set up the appointment for the following day and I was told that the technician would call me 30 minutes prior to his arrival. First thing this morning, as promised, I received a courtesy call. Kyle arrived on time as promised, cheerful, well groomed and extremely polite and cordial with my parents. He isolated the problem, picked-up the part and returned and finished the job. . . He went above and beyond to finish the job promptly because he was aware that my parents are elderly and have some physical limitations. Everything & every person with this company was a pleasure to deal with. . . . Thank You!!!!
