I had an exceptional experience with this company. The level of responsiveness and friendliness displayed by their team, including Greg the owner, was truly impressive. It's evident that they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. Christian and Vicente stood out with their friendly demeanor and thorough explanations of the entire process. Throughout the entire process of repairing my air conditioning system, I was impressed by the continuous communication I had with Greg. His involvement demonstrated his deep understanding of my system and his sincere efforts to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Not only did they efficiently resolve the issue, but they also took the extra step of cleaning up after themselves, diligently vacuuming and removing any smudges from the walls. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch service were truly commendable. It was reassuring to have someone with such expertise overseeing the project and providing valuable insights. I wholeheartedly recommend them without any hesitation.

I had four companies provide estimates for my two-zone mini split installation. Controlled Comfort had the best price, the most reasonable system sizing, and the most detailed estimate. To top it all off, Greg was the most responsive installer. Why waste your time speaking with an unknowledgeable representative elsewhere, when you can speak directly with the president at Controlled Comfort?

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GREG HEIMANN AND CONTROLLED COMFORT!!! Greg is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC and what you need. He does not sell you with the simple "you have X square footage so you need a Y ton system". He educates you on what would be efficient with cost-consciousness in mind. He replaced our old furnace with an electric heat pump, added an efficient (and slim!) condenser, updated/replaced our duct system, and installed an Ecobee smart thermostat. Greg and his associate Christian were very accommodating working around our general contractor's schedule and responsive to emails, texts, and calls. I am very happy with their work and will use them for all future HVAC needs.

I've been in my new home 7 years and realized that the summer months are upon us and that I've never had my A/C compressor serviced. I didn't want Murphy's Law showing up on a typical SoCal hot day, so I asked a fellow homeowner did he have any recommendations on a A/C company. He was looking for one himself and ended up using Controlled Comfort. He was thoroughly satisfied with Christian, the technician, the work that he did, the inspection cost, and recommended that I call Controlled Comfort and set up an appointment.

Christian and Greg showed up within the appointment window, did a thorough inspection, and showed me what they found. They replaced the contactor terminals, motor capacitors, upgraded system wires, and cleaned out the compressor housing. My compressor is running like it's new and is even quieter! They were fast, cleaned up after themselves, and charged me a reasonable price that I was happy with. They are now my A/C vendor of choice, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else!
