The HVAC technician came on time, he checked my heater thoroughly, he went under the house, checked the thermostat, cleaned found the problem fixed it, checked for carbon monoxide. I've worked with them on different issues I had with my 12y old HVAC that I've inherited with condo purchase. I hope I will keep it for at least 10 more years, before there is a need to buy new air handler module. I would recommend doing yearly maintenance with them.

We experienced an AC leak over the weekend and had Controlled Comfort come out right after. The diagnosis was not immediately apparent, and our tech Christian did his diligence checking on a number of potential causes before sounding the alarm. He cleaned our blower motor, all of the pipes and hoses around the home and assessed the health of the core unit. We feared the worst (a full replacement) but CC was honest and upfront about better solves we could do now. Really appreciated their honesty and transparency in the process (our most sought after value in companies like this) and will be calling them in 6 months for a maintenance checkin.
