Controlled Comfort

This is kind of a strange review to write because I work for another company (won’t say which one) that puts the highest value on honesty and integrity. We ended up at a call with Ryan from Controlled Comfort at the same time and just wanted to thank him, in and industry full of crooked and shady “technicians” he is one of the good ones and I am proud to be in the same trade as him.

Aaron was amazing in fixing my AC unit and made sure the problem wouldn’t come back before he left.

AC went out at my rental property on the hottest day of the year 115 degrees. Ryan was timely, responsive and honest. He did a great job at communicating the issues and gave options instead of simply giving me 1 option, an upsell to a new AC unit, like most HVAC companies tend to do. In a rather stressful situation, it was a relief to have found a company with such integrity!

Dan H was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His kind demeanor and professionalism will have us requesting his services for all of our A/C needs in the future.
