Bryant was there when we needed them! We had initially hired a different HVAC company to install a new system in our house, but on the install day, they did not have the right equipment and were going to change us a thousand dollars more for a different system. Thatโs when we called Bryant and they showed up 10 minutes later! They found the correct system for our house and set up an install date in less than two weeks. They showed up on time and with 4 guys to do the install and got it done right. We now we have a nice cool house in this 100 degree weather. Thank You Bryant Heating and A/C for getting the job doneโฆ.we will definitely recommend them to all our friends and family!

My new Bryant air con broke after only 1 season of use. Obviously the unit was faulty -- or their installation was faulty. Rather than standby their product, Bryant charged me nearly $700 and made me wait days for repair. Still not repaired. If you're looking for reliability and good customer service, shop elsewhere.
Update: Thank you for repairing and for consideration on the price of the labor. It's back up and running...hopefully for the long haul now.

We bought a house and a new air conditioner was part of the sale - unfortunately the previous owners chose Bryant for this job. Unit was installed on July 20th, we took ownership of the house on July 25th, and it was July 28th before we spent enough time in the house to notice the AC was already broken. Bryant sent out a tech who didnโt call before showing up, blamed the faulty install on a single window unit the previous owners had set up making it hard to tell if the system was working, and couldnโt figure out what was wrong before he left. At least, thatโs what he said - but he ordered an unspecified new part anyway. After we call them twice, we find out that this new part is supposed to arrive August 3. We call them on August 3 and no, wait, actually it should arrive on August 8. Finally it arrives on August 8, a much better tech than the first guy installs it on August 9, and itโs working again.
At this point, I wasnโt even going to leave a review. Sure, it was terrible service, but the second guy was nice enough and itโs working now, so whatever, right?
The air conditioner lasted until August 21 and then broke again.
Cue another tech who โcanโt figure out the problemโ but ordered an unspecified part anyway, and another โmiscommunicatedโ part deadline. It was supposed to be here August 26, it is now August 30 and they havenโt even called. Response to Bryant's Statement:
If your $74 trip fee includes the diagnostic of my system, then you owe me a refund of $67.50 because the tech was here for 15 min, looked and my furnace, and assumed the water was from a freeze and thaw. He did no labor. As you see by the statement below, I was charged $74 trip fee and $67.50 for tech labor.
Very knowledgeable, but to charge your customer $74 to drive to the job is nothing less than a rip off. Nobody pays my gas to drive to work. That fee is the cost of doing business, not to mention you have one of the highest per hour charges as well. I will not use Bryant again.
