Bryant Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical & Plumbing

Bryant just finished up installing my new heating and air system. There was a lot of work to be done including ductwork, electrical and moving our water heater, which required coordination of their different departments to perform the work I wanted done. The heating and air guys did a great job with the ductwork and install. The electrical and plumbing work also looks great! Everyone cleaned up after themselves and even had treats for our dog to make him feel at easy having various people in the home.

I'd speak to their service but they never showed up or even answered their phone until 7am after being called by the emergency line at my apartment complex for 3 hrs. Thankfully the complex has a maintenance guy willing to do his job and he had it fixed once he finally got in for the morning at 8. 30 minute job. Bryant refused to even answer their phones or call me once they were gotten a hold of. Company is a joke.

Main line was clogged with tree roots. Bryant came out same day, within hours. Evan was my tech, and he was a delight to work with. Answered my questions upfront and told me exactly what he was going to do to fix my plumbing issues. Evan exceeded my expectations as did Bryant. My water heater is due for replacement, and I will be calling Bryant and requesting Evan do this job as well!

What a difference a quality system makes! We switched from wood / propane to heat pump with propane backup. The guys had to reroute a bunch of ductwork in our 104 year old house. Fast, efficient polite and clean! Couldn't ask for anything more.

I want to say Thank you for Eric. He came to fixed my AC for my house . He is very professional and friendly. The company is very lucky to have this employee work for them.

WOW, could not be happier. Called Bryant this morning with a 4 year old water heater that gave out. Even though rest of crew was booked Joe who answered the call came out himself. Within an hour and a half my old heater was removed from an incredibly tight room and brand new water heater was installed. I’m amazed, thank you so much Joe and Bryant!!

Prices high, and very unsatisfactorily work. However did correct the drillings they put through my window and siding. Could have done better on cleaning up after themselves. However the heating and cooling guys did a great job.

First technician acted as though he did not he was doing and did not have the necessary part.
I requested a new technician to bring part and install it. He did so but kept telling me that there might
be a crack in the heat exchange which would let carbon monoxide into the house. I had this threat
in my other house and it proved to be a scam after two previous false reports. That house sold as is
and passed inspection upon sale. I don't have faith in Bryant after that. They came right away after
my service request but the talk about the cracked heat exchange, the oldest scam in the book, caused
me to lose faith in them. Part price and installation seemed high also. I don't plan on calling them again.

Bryant services our heating and cooling units twice a year. They do a thorough job. Too bad you are not rated higher on the annual review that comes out every year in the newspaper. You need to check and see what the first place company does better and work on improving for this coming year.

We had a great experience with both sides of Bryant HVAC and Plumbing. Furnace, AC, humidifer, Hot water tank, ran lines for a bathroom, Air purifier and a soft water tank. Everything is working great. Honest company and go the extra mile to assist in any questions you have!
