Bryant Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical & Plumbing

Had the Plumbing dept. Out to my business to run a couple of gas lines. Price was more than fair, they were on time, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves! Have had them do work for me before and always experience the same. Highly reccomend Bryant!

First of all, Julie is awesome. She is always quick to respond, find out answers, and get back to me. If Julie says she's going to do something, she does it. I really appreciate her professionalism when handling all of my calls to setup work.

Joe came to our store to help troubleshoot a leak that was seeping into our bakery. He quickly identified the problem, contained the leak, and repaired it. He cleaned up the space he worked in and answered all of my questions. He did an awesome job!

Have always got 20+ years out of Bryant products. 21 yrs. out of last unit. Wasn't shot but just time to update with the old freon being eliminated soon. With the efficiency and technology nowadays a huge plus alone. The smart thermostat is fantastic. Am hoping to notice a difference with the 2 stage gas furnace and AC. The water heater has already improved the hot water supply to shower heads and faucets. Friendly, courteous and professional service thru all aspects of the process. Will RECOMMEND to all who ask.

I have been on a maintenance agreement with this company for more than 10 years. So twice a year they come out and make sure things are working well. I have been very happy with their heating/air, plumbing, and electrical services.

Also, I recently had a fantastic experience with them helping me with plumbing and I can't say enough good things about their tenacious dedication to solving the problem!

Bryant has been performing annual preventive maintenance on my heating and air conditioning units since 2003. They have done a very good job of finding defects in the equipment before they become a problem. I appreciate the knowledge and experience of the repair technicians.

We were able to get next day service! The two gentlemen that came out were friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done!

Coming home late afternoon on Tuesday, I noticed the house was warm and no air movement...no AC!!! My thermostat didn't respond. I called Bryant's answering service; then, Wednesday morning, early, I got a call from Bryant saying arrangements are being made to send someone out. She called again at about 11:30 and said a tech would be at my house after lunch. He was here at 12:30. My thermostat was shot! Fewer than 24 hours, the house began cooling. I am so impressed with the quick response and turnaround time! Thank you Bryant!!!

We were having issues with our thermostat. The husband wanted to have it professionally installed so we called Bryant. They came and explained what we needed and installed it for us. Informative and professional was the representative who came out to help us.

At 5:30 on a Sunday morning, after finishing a load of laundry, I discovered three inches of water on the bathroom floor; toilet had run over and 5 inches of disgusting water was backed up in my bath tub. Called Bryant since I was a long time customer. Dispatch answered immediately, put me through to Morgan (plumber on call). By 6:15 Morgan was snaking out the sewer with a great attitude and work ethic. Yes, I paid overtime but the service was so worth it. Would recommend Bryant in a nanosecond..
