Furnace went out New Year's Eve. Called Monday and fellow came right out. They followed up Tuesday AM regarding part and could install Wed.

My furnace issues were resolved by friendly technicians. (Eric)mainly. The other tech that installed the new part went out of his way to bring the defective part to me to see. Had the A/C unit replaced by them summer 2017. They all wore booties in the house.

I work with many of Bryant's employee's and they are very professional and prompt. Having a person show up on time, tell you the truth, and put covers on their shoes as to not damage your carpet is great. After having dealt with most other companies in lincoln, dealing with bryant was so easy. It definately is a company that I recommend to anyone and everyone I talk to about heating and air, and plumbing issues. Thanks guys

Had maintenance performed on the AC unit. They checked the Freon, checked to make sure it ran, and left, charging me 130 dollars for about 20 minutes work. The coil wasn't cleaned, and the discharge hose from the AC was still plugged up when they left. Bad service, crabby customer service person, and poor performance. They need a wake up call on how to do business. Bob wouldn't have ran it this way.

Lee Warnsholz called before he came and was prompt to arrive he did an excellent job and was very polite and helpful. he showed me how to determine what temp the humidity needed to be on for the weather outside. he knows his job. and it was very comforting today for my father Bob Skiles to know you people are taking care of him. he loved working there and loved his job....thank you
