I recently had an excellent experience with Bryant Heating and Air during my bi-annual check as a member of the ESP service. Hunter was my technician, and was very personable, honest, and I could tell by our conversation that he sincerely had my best interest in mind with his feedback, because when I know nothing about my heating/air/humidifier I have to rely on good people to help. Hunter was awesome, and I highly recommend Bryant and the ESP service.

Bryant came out yesterday to look at our toilet and the tech, Evan didn't have what he needed. Said he would be back first thing in the morning to get it fixed and sure enough...he was here first thing. Very professional, polite and extremely helpful. I trust Bryant to take care of things at my business and now I trust them to take care of things in my home. Recommend them to anyone.

We have a 100 year old house with a hot water boiler for heat. We've always appreciated that Bryant continues to service these systems and keeps staff trained on their idiosyncrasies. For a recent remodeling project Bryant needed to remove a radiator for the work to start. Joe showed up early on the job, was very knowledgeable, and made sure that his part went smoothly.

We had several bids for replacing our heater and air conditioner. Bryant was the only one that even approached a Manual J load calculation. As a consequence their bid included smaller capacity devices which operate more constantly, providing a much better heating and cooling experience as well as a lower cost. The installation was professional and an additional person checked their installer's work and carefully explained the operation of our new thermostat.
If we need maintenance work or replacement down the road, we'll use Bryant again.

My old furnace motor went out after work hours on one of the hottest days. Eric got someone out here ASAP for a great price and had it replaced by Kyle in less than an hour. A HUGE thanks to Kyle, too! Highly recommend! I look forward to working with them in the future when I get my new furnace soon.

Everyone at Bryant was very helpful. They attempted to talk me out of my on demand Electric hot water heater, knowing that it was not the best choice for most people in Lincoln Nebraska. Within 24 hours of their replacing my 30 gallon gas hot water heater, my gas furnace died and my ancient gas stove tried to burn itself down. Bryant's HVAC and plumbing people got right on it again. Everyone was super helpful and efficient.
My new Rheem on demand Electric hot water heater is 98% efficient and will give me hot water all day long, as long as I don't want more than two gallons per minute.
So, if you're interested in an on demand hot water heater, bear in mind that you are interested in gallons per minute, not total gallons that you can use as your determining factor. The only change I had to make was a low-flow shower head. I'm happy.

2 mechanics with electrician came and in one day removed my old system and installed the new Furnace + A/C. Later a specialist came and tweaked, measured + configured the new system. He demo also the new WI-FI thermostat. The guys were very friendly and did a great job!
Everything works and we are happy to report that it is comfortable in our house again!
Lets hope that we will save some $$$ cooling and heating our house. The old A/C cost about $100 in summer and we did not have every day a hot day. Lets hope this system cuts it in half or better!

We purchased our heat pump, electric furnace new from Bryant in 2013. We have had various problems since that time. Bryant's service people were polite, however, by their own admission some of them were not familiar with the electronics which control the system. Last time they were here we were told we needed to replace a $600.00 electronic component with an additional $150.00 to install. This occurred in early summer. We did not have the component replaced and our system is working fine. I conclude from this, at best, the technician erred in his evaluation of the seriousness of the problem. My spouse and I no longer feel that we can rely on Bryant to service our system.

Discovered furnace not working late in the afternoon when we got home on one of the very cold days experienced first week of January 2018. They had a service man out to our house within a couple of hours. He found the problem - bad igniter - and had furnace up and running within an hour or so. Very friendly and competent technician. Really thankful as our house would have been extremely cold by the next morning. Have been using Bryant for the 17 years we have been in Lincoln and always happy with their work.
