Well not only in 2020 did our family deal with covid-19 like the rest of the world in July of 2020, we dealt with our house A/C going out during the hotest part of the year. Well actually it went out twice.
I myself am pretty mechanically inclined so the first time the A/C went out I was able to get a part from Bryant to do my own repair, after receiving the part and the A/C working for 3 weeks the most important part of the machine, the compressor gave out, and I knew it was time to cave and get a new unit, as stated above this was the hottest part of the year and all HVAC companies were quite busy, but Bryant came through and they were able to fit us in in a very timely manner.
During the inspection of everything it was highly suggested to replace my furnace and update the duct work in my household, at the time I was just concerned with the A/C and everything went smoothly and worked great. Now after a few months hot turned into cold, like real cold, -36 degrees cold, low and behold the furnace decides it wants to kick the bucket, not only kick the bucket but was leaking CO2 in the house.(luckily we have a wood burner so we were able to keep the house warm.) Again we called Bryant to the rescue and they were able to tend to our needs to get our house warm again. During this time again it was highly suggested to have our ducts updated. Bryant informed me the unit would fuction as intended but not to its best efficiency. At the time it was in our best interest to just have the furnace replaced and update the ducts at a later date. Time went by and we made the decision to have the ducts upgraded. Of course we called Bryant and they came out and suggested the best ways to go about upgrading, the plans changed a couple of times, which is expected due to running in an existing house. Now after completion you can tell the unit is running way more efficient and is much quieter than before. I am extremely happy with everything Bryant has done. I would like to thank and I know I will forget some people but intentionally Shawn, Brian, Chad, Ian, Dwayne, Ryan, Cole, Dave, Kyle, and the rest of the team that worked that worked hard to ensure that I have a comfortable house to walk in to.

The representative was on time. I wasn't home but he made an effort to call us so that we could help him get into the house. He was very friendly and professional. He helped me to get a part from our split unit so we could order a new one. The tech was fast and efficient. We really like working with Bryant. We have never had any trouble with any of the service techs.

Bryant is the most responsive HVAC company I have used. They returned my call right away and had folks scheduled the next day to provide estimates. Showed up early and followed up with emailed estimate ahead of when they said they would. I liked that I could go to one company for ventilation and electrical work. They scheduled and coordinated it all and did great work.

Patrick did semi annual inspection of furnace and heat pump. He was friendly, explained everything clearly, and gave me his recommendations. On his second visit to install the equipment, he went above and beyond to make sure things were right, gave me his recommendations for filters for the furnace, and even took time to show me the recommended type on Amazon so I can order right away today. He is a perfect example of great service!

After having some difficulties with a different company in the past, we got connected with Ian at Bryant. We got a very quick response to our request, and Ian was at our house promptly. He came, found the problem quickly, and had it fixed in minutes. Ian communicated everything very clearly to me, and he handled the issue without delay. We needed a new geothermal unit and decided on Bryant to do it. They were awesome! We have A LOT going on so scheduling was very difficult but they worked with us and got us up and running ASAP. I’m so pleased with the service and very glad we chose them! I would and will highly recommend :)

We've had Bryant repair our HVAC for 18 years in our house and we've been very satisfied. They oftentimes have been able to stop by later in the day if I call in the morning for the initial diagnostic, and are usually able to fix it that day or within a day or two if parts are needed to be ordered. Every department (customer service, parts, technicians) have been extremely friendly and seem genuine. I can't say for sure if a new system installation from them would be cheaper than others but their repair service is outstanding.

Tim is absolutely the best! All around great guy. I called in for a broken pipe and he came out right away and fully explained everything that needed done. Quick easy job. I had him come back out at a later date to get it fixed and it took him no time at all! He showed me how he did it and explained the whole process. Tim was respectful of my home and me, cracked jokes the whole time and didn’t even make a mess. Even if he would have, he was immediately prepared to clean it up. Definitely sticking with this company for all my needs and most definitely recommend them!
