I can recommend two great technicians that work for Bryant and I would have them do every repair in my house if I could. Tim(the funny one) and Evan. Tim installed a gas valve shut off behind my stove and repaired two small gas leaks in my house. He told jokes and laughed the entire time he was making my home safe and up to code! Evan was by far one of the best plumbers I have ever worked with. He listened to what I needed, found the best solution, and had all three items on my list completed in a couple hours. I had a leak behind a wall, needed the washer water hookup box replaced, and a t-valve put in under my kitchen sink so that I can get water to my refrigerator. Previous to Evan, I had been told that I would have to reroute piping, move electrical, install new shutoffs, and dig my main water shutoff up at the street which would have cost me well over $2000. I am glad Evan was able to come in and get everything done and give me back my home so I can finally do laundry again! I can't say thanks enough for the peace of mind that comes with great service and great work! Thank you Chris, Kevin, Tim and Evan for all that you do!

My A/C stopped working in this recent heat wave. Ryley came out and got everything working good as new. Very excellent work. He explained everything to me and thoroughly tested it to make sure it was working right. Keep up the great work!

Had Bryant come out and service my heater. The guy Bryan, was in such a hurry, he did not secure the wiring with 3 clamps and used only one. Trying to cut back on costs he said including saving paper, so no paper receipt. According to credit card, paid over $500. Woke up last night to house full of smoke and 911 came out. Because of using just one clamp, the wires integrated and melted together causing my house to fill with smoke!!! If you go with this company, make sure your fire detectors have batteries!! It could save your family's life!!

Paul the electrician and Ryan the HVAC tech were very professional and helpful in explaining what they were doing. I am pleased with their work and how they cleaned up after completion of the jobs. I will certainly call Bryant for other projects.

Showed up 45 minutes late with no explanation or apology. Neither person was wearing a mask. Called Chris at 9am, 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive. Still waiting for a call back at 415pm.
The plumber, who repaired 2 corrosion spots and re-routed the washer drain, did fine. Only issue with the work is that the soldering could have been done cleaner, otherwise fine.
Edit: I received a bill for over $100 above what was quoted even though the time and materials used matched the quote. Called to ask about it and they lowered the bill by $175 without explanation. Glad they corrected it but why was it billed out so high in the first place?

The team of installation personnel were extremely professional, courteous, informative, and very helpful with replacing our dual heat pump systems! The heat pump systems work great and I would strongly recommend Bryant Heating & Air!

After learning that r22 would no longer going to be used after the 1st of Jan 2020 and we had just had to have some put into our 14 year a.c., we decided to take action and replace both our a.c. And furnace now. Just from word of mouth and a little computer time, we contacted Steve at Bryant and scheduled a visit for him to give us a bid. Boy, was he ever informative! I think by the time he got through answering all our questions and telling us all about everything, it really made my wife and I very comfortable in having Bryant installing a new a.c. and furnace for us. Within a few days they were out and started installing. Every one of the men that were out here were super nice, made sure our carpet and everything were protected. They were all very informative on what they were doing and why. My wife said to quit bothering them, but it was neat to see how well they worked together. We couldn't be happier with the performance of both units at this time, even tho it hasn't been very long. We can actually tell the difference in how much more comfortable we are compared with our old units, and are looking forwards to cheaper cooling and heating bills. Thanks guys, Lynn and Joyce

This winter, we hired Bryant to replace the two geothermal furnaces in our home. Everything seemed good following installation, except that our furnaces were now much louder. We called the team out again in an attempt to make it quieter, and over the course of three days in and out of our house, they managed to make it louder! Since then, they have not been able to return it to the level of noise upon installation.
On top of that, one of their team members used the restroom in our house without asking for permission. Not only was that an invasion of privacy, but he also managed to leave the toilet seat up and peed all over the rim without wiping it up! I was absolutely disgusted by this! This same team also turned off our water, then left the water off without turning it back on. The same night, we had to make a call to the emergency service line just to have our water turned back on.
Since then, they have been back to our house twice in an attempt to remedy the situation. My mother requested that they come back and reduce the noise to the level it was at upon installation. They came out to our house, and again they left without checking their work. One of our furnaces was no longer pushing out hot air, only the fan was running. They had to come back again in the morning just to make the heat function.
The most recent visit, their solution to reduce the noise was to undo the "fix" they had performed by adding a reducing valve to our waterline a few months ago. Instead of actually fixing the issue, they installed the wrong valve and the geothermal heating does not work. We are now running on electric heat, which is inefficient and causes our electric bill to soar.
Additionally, their team members were NOT wearing masks in our private home during the middle of a pandemic.
I honestly cannot express the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence within the Bryant team. DO NOT HIRE THEM TO INSTALL YOUR FURNACE IF YOU HAVE A GEOTHERMAL SYSTEM!
