My experience with aksarben was exceptional from scheduling through the service and follow up. Bryan Rhodes was very professional, took time to explain scenarios and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend aksarben for any HVAC needs!

Noah arrived promptly and was very professional and efficient. He explained what he was going to do, then thoroughly completed all of his assigned tasks. When done, he reviewed his findings and recommendations with me.

Brian Rhodes from Aksarben was professional and very helpful today in the maintenance of our furnace. He recommended some updates we could do in the future and explained things in laymen’s terms for me, so I could relay the information to my husband.

My parents signed up for a technician to come do a tune up for their system. At the time of the service call, my aunt and disabled elderly grandmother were the only people home. The technician did not ring the bell or knock, he just walked right into my parents house. Which of course scared my aunt and grandmother because a strange man just broke into the house. He then proceeded to try to upsell my aunt for things that the system didn’t need after literally breaking into my parents house. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Only go with this company if you want them to try to upsell you unnecessary things and also BREAK INTO YOUR HOME and NOT APOLOGIZE FOR IT.

I have a service contract with AKSARBEN. Was told I needed to replace my furnace and a it presented a safety hazard. Requested a 3 year history of my account inspections in order to file for a Home Owners policy. I've been delayed (4) times and have not received copies of the the inspections performed. It's been over a month now.

The men that work dor this company are honest and full of integrity. The pricing is reasonable and the communication, and work is amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better business to tend to my home.

I've been using Aksarben for years. My Geothermal unit had pumps go bad. They refuse to work on it, but had no problem charging me monthly and for the service call. I don't even have what is wrong in writing. They refuse. Find someone else for Geothermal.

I am on a service plan that checks out heat and AC every year. Have always had good service. The dispatcher even called saying tech had an emergency come up, got me rescheduled the next day with no problem.
