Aksarben ARS Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

I recently installed the google nest thermostat into my home, but was having connectivity issues with one of the wires. Being that I am no hvac expert or an electrician - I decided to turn it over to the professionals and after much research - I came upon Aksarben ARS Heating, Air Conditioning and plumbing. I was able to get an appointment right away, which was awesome. Brandon, the technician sent to help was timely, extremely polite, very knowledgeable, and worked diligently to give us a peace of mind as he fixed our wiring issues, while checking the overall function of our furnace. Definitely will continue to work with this company. If you’re looking for a great team, Aksarben ARS Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing is the one, I highly recommend!

The technician, Noah, was great! Very knowledgeable and quickly got to the root of the problem. He walked me through my options and the pros/cons of each. The fix was essentially topping off my freon to get things to start cooling.
The price, however, seemed reeeeallly high after doing some searching afterwards. If it weren't for the fact that the next days were going to start heating up quickly, I would have paused on getting the freon from AARS and would have gotten some other quotes. Over $1000 for only 5lbs for R-410a seems extremely excessive considering the going rate online is $200 for 5lbs. Even a 100% mark-up would have been fine, but this felt excessive.
While I appreciate the work the tech did, I will very likely look to other local shops first the next time we need AC repairs.

The technician, Brian Rhodes, was very good, both professionally and technically. Explained everything that was wrong, how to correct and preventative steps for future issues. Might be less expensive out there but the service was top notch!!!

The service technician was polite and friendly. He explained clearly what he was doing, and provided all pertinent information. Fixed our problem efficiently.

I just really appreciate Aksarben ARS! Matt came to help us complete maintenance on the AC system for our new home and was very patient as I asked a million questions. Matt educated me on everything from how to manage the air inside the house better, to cleaning the coils on the unit, and even explained how the dehumidifier system operates and best practices. I am so much more confident about all this thanks to Matt!

I use AkSarben each season to tune up both my furnace and my AC. Yesterday they sent Matt out to do the AC tube-up. You could not ask for a more honest and efficient technician to do the work. He was fantastic and I asked if I coukd request him in the future. I feel for the most part that AkSarben will give the customer the straight scoop....no pressure to buy more parts or service if not needed! I recommend AkSarben ARS!!
