Aksarben ARS Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

Don't Use them!!! Would have given them 0 rating, if it lets me. There are better options. Unprofessional, and totally un-acceptable. I called them and they scheduled an appointment week later. Waited 5 days and in the 6th day called and informed that they weren't able to come fix it and cancelled the appointment. Had they notified sooner or told me from get go that they wont be able to send technicians, i would have sought somebody else. Now i waited for days and have to do it for more since i have to get somebody else.

I contacted this company after my kitchen drain stopped draining. I had tried to clean the drain with a snake but the sink was still not draining. They were able to get someone out the next day. Austin came in and looked at the problem, saw an issue with the water vortex of the garbage disposal, adjusted it, and voila. He had fixed the issue. Since he was there, I had him run a power snake through the kitchen line to give me piece of mind. Mind you, he said nothing else was necessary. I would highly recommend this company and Austin. Thank you!!

I travel for work and came home to a flooded basement. I called Aksarben ARS the next morning and they were able to come out a couple hours later! Jesus was wonderful and if I could have the same person come out every time it would be Jesus! He was so knowledgeable and kind! I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

Noah was our tech and was very nice, helpful and informative about my issue’s with my heat. He is very knowledgeable and quality oriented. There was a communication issue with getting a technician to my home but Noah made up for it. Will definitely call them again if needed and will request Noah.

I started the morning off by calling all the local HVAC companies I could find, as my furnace stopped working overnight. Most places told us they wouldn't be able to come service our furnace until after hours and that they would have to charge me emergency fees. Aksarben ARS was able to get to a tech to my home in 2 hours, and I was all fixed up within the hour after that. Our tech, Ryan Finch, was very friendly. I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything to me in layman's terms and gave honest recommendations for future maintenance. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely utilize their services in the future.

Do NOT use this company! They are extremely overpriced and underserve on their service visits. A1 United Heating and Air provides MUCH better service with a checklist of all the important measurements for your heating/cooling system. A1 did more in one visit than Aksarben did in two visits - and Aksarben still didn't resolve my issues. They would have charged me $3800 to have my furnace blower replaced and coils cleaned.

Lucas McCain came out and fixed 3 of my mini splits. They were leaking and spewing debris and he drained/cleaned them all, as well as telling me how to prevent it in the future. He was super quick, professional, and clear as to what the issue was. Additionally, he came at a very convenient time, and was super polite and easy to work with for a great price. Couldn’t have asked for a better service!

The service tech was here within 2 hours of my call. He was professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and had the heat back on within 30 minutes. He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it. He didn't try to sell me anything new, just fixed what I needed fixed. He also performed a number of safety checks and took a bunch of readings to ensure the safety and reliability of my HVAC. All told he was in and out in about an hour and a half. Great service.

We had a water pressure regulator installed and everyone we spoke to, from scheduling to our technician Jamie, were very friendly, polite and professional. I highly recommend their services!
