No Problem Heating and Cooling

Mindy, coordinator in the office notified me of an earlier appointment time. This was very appreciated. Cory, arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. He explained the issue and then gave me options for a resolution. Cory handled everything that needed to be done with the office staff and helped schedule the date to resolve the issue. He’s very personable and made a difficult situation much easier for me. The professionalism and friendly attitude from everyone is refreshing. Many companies have forgotten how to provide customer service. No problem heating and cooling has staff members that work together and make things much more pleasant for their customers. I highly recommend using this company.

Hi. I’ve used Npm heating and cooling a few times for minor issues through my warranty company and have had good experiences until this issue.
A few days ago our ac stopped working and I had put in a request. Their internal system had a downtime so it took 3 days for them to come take a look in the first place. I don’t want to use names as I feel the guy perhaps was just following orders. We have been suffering without the cooling for 4 nights and yet the company didn’t do the possible bare minimum to get the cooling to work. I was only given one option - “replacement” and a quote for 10k was sent to the warranty company.
Luckily we found Brown heating and cooling company who figured that the capacitor was out and the wires needed to be sealed in properly and boom we had the cooling back just like that.
I bet the company/technicians knew there was a way to get the system to work again but yet failed to do .
Although they have good technicians, the higher management who’s probably calling all the shots need to step up. They should not treat the customers unfairly and be more considerate of customer’s immediate needs.

Did an excellent job replacing and installing aged A/C and furnace units in a rental house being fixed up for sale. Installers were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The office was easy to schedule and coordinate with. The company worked with me to ensure our buyer got the warranties. All in all a positive experience … I’m likely going to be a repeat customer.

I'm sure this company has great technicians but Mindy the Dspatcher, is rude and condescending. She cuts you off as you're asking questions.
I understand things happen but I refuse to do business with people who can't actively listen before replying. Poor customer service. And she is the voice of the dispatch.. shame on her. Maybe is was just a bad day for her. IDC. The old me would have sweared but she was.not worth the time or energy.. I don't know her.
.but I do know she is rude ..TODAY..

Mr Josh was one of the best tech technicians I have ever had at my house and seen work quality excellent on time I mean what more can I say he was just great , Thank You No Problem Heating and Cooling. Your business is surely welcome back at my home!!!

My furnace was not firing, I called No Peoblem Heating and Cooling and they got a tech to me the same day. The tech quickly and efficiatiantly diagnosed the problem and quickly arranged for a quote to complete the work as a part needed to be ordered. The part arrived the next business day and I was scheduled for install the following day. The tech arrived early for the install and completed the work quickly.

I am very satisfied with the work and the interactions with No Problem Heating and Cooling. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for service or repair.

NPM did the original installation of my A/C system in 2014 and came out today (6/21/23) to service a blown capacitor. They were QUICK to schedule the service call and Cory was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. As such, we went ahead and signed up for their twice a year maintenance service. Thank you NPM!
