Awesome service. Cory and Josh were great. So helpful and knowledgeable.

Our experience was very good for the first time of meeting Ryan. Very, very professional and knew his business and knew what he was looking for. The replacement of our heating and cooling was very satisfactory. They came in around 8:15 am and was done around 2:45 pm and everything was left clean, no mess at all. They come highly recommended.

I've had No Problem Heating & Cooling come out to my house twice for two different service appointments and both times the technicians were right on time. They were diligent about notifying me that the technician was on his way via email, text AND a phone call. They even included a photo of the technician so I knew who to expect and they provided real-time tracking information so I knew exactly how far away the technician was and when to expect them. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and were able to clearly describe the work they are doing as well as clearly answer any questions I had. Most importantly, they finished the work correctly the first time.

I had an furnace issue last night, my house was 63 degrees in the morning when my heat was set to be at 71 so it was very cold and scary to have that issue in the winter in MO! I made the call and they were out the same afternoon to get it working again, no problem (hence the name). He took the time to explain everything that was going on and it ended up being a very simple fix. Appreciate the quick turnaround, understanding and professionalism!

We were having problems getting serviced with another company through our Home Warranty Service Provider. The other company brushed us off for a 10 days giving us the run around about not having a part- Blower motor for our furnace. We have been without heat for that long and staying with family living out of suit cases. We contacted our service provider to get another company to fix our furnace. AHS recommended No Problem Heating and Cooling. We were contacted within an hour after our service provider put in the call. No Problem set up an appointment for the VERY NEXT DAY between 10-12pm. Josh (service tech) called me at 11am. He came and assessed the problem. I received a call from the front office and was told Josh was coming back with the part. He installed that part in less than 1 hour. WE HAVE HEAT!!!
This company excelled higher than my expectation as far as professionalism, friendliness, compassion, and fast service. I totally understand why they are called NO PROBLEM. OUTSTANDING Service!! I highly recommend this company.

The company had nice communication with text updates and even a visual tracker to see how far Brad was from the house. Brad also called 30 minutes ahead of time. He was prompt and very professional. He kept me updated regarding the needed repairs and how it worked with our warranty program. I would be very happy to have the company and brad service us again if needed

Justin came out to replace a panel on my furnace, and like every other No Problem HVAC employee he was great. It was clear he was knowledgeable and courteous. Not only did he replace the panel, but he also quickly diagnosed a couple of smaller issues and took care of them as well. I have a home warranty and do not hesitate to call for service. I am always glad to see the stellar folks from No Problem Heating and Cooling show up. They have always done great work!

We were referred by our home insurance plan to NPSC; the technician Cody was so cordial, punctual, polite, knowledgeable and truthful about their services. We decided to get a new unit from his company and the unit was affordable with installation, the guarantee is also what sold us on the purchase. Cody and Brad did an outstanding job in installing and cleaning up the area. Brad and Cody Explained to us the systems and answered all the questions that we had. I will recommend this company to anyone. Mike the tech that came out to my home was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and neat. He walk me through the entire process. I have never heard my furnace run so smooth. I give Mike all five stars plus the you young who set up the appointment also has five stars. It's good to know this company practice what they say in dealing with customers. Outstanding.. Thanks Mike I will be requesting for you in the future!

Cody was so knowledgeable and helpful. He really cares and was so great in finding my issue. He really wanted to make sure everything was fixed property and discovered a problem that multiple other people have missed. I would highly recommend him to anyone! I also love the communication with the company overall with the text reminders and up to date information on timing.
