Christian was our technician and he was excellent. Our appointment was 7:30 am, he was a little early which was a pleasant surprise! He was able to identify the problem with our system and fix it immediately after reviewing pricing and options. He found an additional issue that, while not causing problems yet, would cost us more down the road. He also discussed yearly maintenance and what should be done. He didn't push anything on us and was great at explaining in detail what needed done and why. I also liked that I could pay immediately and didn't need to wait for a bill. Everything was done within 2 hours and our system is working better than it has in a year. I know I've seen some reviews complain about pricing, but I really believe you get what you pay for. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of calling (they offered same day but my schedule didn't allow it). The customer service woman I spoke with was very friendly, personable, and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and we look forward to using them for out maintenance needs in the future.

We received a new furnace on 2/9 and these guys were very professional and courteous. I didn’t worry about a thing, I knew we were in great hands. Please pass on to them that we appreciated everything that they did. They deserve a huge pat on the back😄thank you!

October/ November 2022 we have a 8 year old Carrier System installed by Air comfort. We needed service and was told by air comfort that they can’t get the part and we needed a whole new unit. We called another company who doesn’t even service Carrier and they had the part the next day. Are you guys the new Jerry Kelly of St Charles ? You send service sales reps out on service calls ? I would give Zero stars if I could.

We've used Air Comfort for over 15 years. They have always given us excellent service. We had a complete new Infinity HVAC system installed in our previous home and are looking to purchase a new system for our current home. The Infinity system was great. We have the maintenance agreement with them and they have saved us time and money by catching problems before they are a BIG hassle. We are now considering a new Infinity system for your current home and Air Comfort is our first choice. John P was so friendly, professional and informative. We really trust Air Comfort .

These gents, Rich, Tim & Corey were very Professional, Knowledgeable and knew what they were doing! Lead by Rich the Seasoned Veteran was Amazing as well as Entertaining! We are return customers, 1st experience with Air Comfort dates back to 2008! The Quality then is why we came back to Air Comfort! In 12 years, thier work then to keep an Antique Furnace alive and now a New Carrier HVAC System is an Improvement!

The project manager did a great job identifying my needs, explaining the problem, and offering solutions. He ever identified the tax credits available to me. The install team was extremely professional and courteous. They took the extra time after the install to explain the new system and answer any questions. The new system is a beauty. I won’t have to sweat this summer unless I want to!

Air Comfort is always a fantastic company to deal with! An honest and trusted company used by my family for years. Every service member we have had NEVER pressures us into anything parts/service wise, and only suggests what is needed now, the future, or not at all. Always on time, friendly, cleans up after their services, and quick to serve when needed.

Mark S. and his team did a great job on the installation. They let us know what they would be doing and we’re very courteous throughout the process. They answered any questions we had. Based on the amount of work done they really went the extra mile. We have used Air Comfort in the past and will continue with them in the future. I would recommend them to anyone for general service or a new install.

We have used Air Comfort for over 20 years and have always been impressed with their employees. Our latest service person was Stan M and he was excellent. Very personable, polite and very articulate and informative. I knew just what services he was performing and why. I highly recommend Air Comfort and their team of professional service personnel.

This company was absolutely fantastic to work with. Very professional! Tyler, Kevin & Stan were great! I could not be happier with the service I received! I even got free cookies & a cup from them afterwards! Kudos guys!!!!
