Today had the pleasure of meeting Katlin, very professional very much apricated early for her appointment. Katlin took her time on cleaning and checking the a.c. unit both inside and outside.
Did a exceptional cleaning on the outside unit removing all the cottonwood seed stuff. Katlin is a super employee and friendly and easy to ask questions about the unit. 5 Golden stars indeed.

John P(tech) was courteous and professional upon arrival. despite the weather they arrived within an hour of calling to do the diagnostic of the furnace and was able to inform me that they would be able to do the repair either today or tomorrow(depending on scheduling) after they contact and get confirmation from our landlord to conduct the repair.

-edit- as I was leaving this review the just called to let us know that they will be back today to replace the Inducer motor and get the furnace back up and running. Therefore satisfied with the prompt response from the office personnel and the technicians. And will use in the future for other HVAC needs(hopefully not for "emergency" repairs though :p)

Scott helped assess my 50+ year old home and made good recommendations. Everyone in the office was helpful. All the technicians were on-time, friendly, skilled, and cleaned up after the installations. I had my old insulation removed, new insulation installed, and a whole new HVAC with state-of-the-art thermostat, app control, and a humidifier. My bills will decrease immediately! Plus, this company offered financing. I’m very pleased with Jason, Andrew, Q, Kevin, Brittany, Amanda, and of course Scott. Would recommend to anyone!

Christian A was very professional, curteous. On arrival he explained what was to be done and stated he would give his best to make sure I would be satisfied with his work. At the closing interview he explained what was done and answered questions I had suggested to him
I’am satisfied with the quality of his work.

I also purchased (2) Air Scrapers for my HVAC systems. The Technician was able to explain how they work and what to expect in terms of results. The difference in air quality was remarkable and noticeable within 48 hours. My granddaughter came for a visit and actually commented on how the air inside the condo was different and seemed fresher. I have asthma and am so glad I made the investment.

Christian had a strange problem on his hand with this service call. He was patient to figure it out and even called another for verification on what he thought the problem was. Once he did that then fixing the problem was quick. Wiring problems can take a long time to figure out, but Christian did a very good job.

Making appointments was easy. Technician was personable, also knowledgeable, and helped us understand the condition of our equipment.
Installation was professional and thorough and explained well.

Kyle is very personable and professional. He does a good job ----so good I purchased an Air Scrubber from him in addition to his completing regular maintenance !!!

Sometimes the job we present to the professionals is not always easy or even something they have seen before. But the technicians at Air Comfort rose to the challenge today.
I cannot say enough about this company.
For the 29 years I have been with Air Comfort, they have always been more than excellent. Until today.
Today they were exceptional!!!
They rose to the challenge and brought in a crew that were very professional, friendly and informative.
The bottom line was they would not give up and came up with a solution,
working hard for hours without stopping until the job was completed.
You cannot ask for more and I highly recommend Air Comfort for any job you need done!
