Very professional everytime they come out. My furnace is 22 years old and when it dies I'm definitely going with Air Comfort!

Logan was here to do routine maintenance on my AC. Issues were discovered and he was able to take care of everything in that visit. He was professional, knowledgeable and very honest. I would highly recommend Air Comfort.

Mark S. was very informative while explaining the install, new features and use of the digital thermostat. You can feel comfortable welcoming Air Comfort staff into your home.

From my first call, I was treated with thoughtfulness, and with sound advice. The Service Rep, and Project Manager Austin was professional and knowledgeable. Never pushed for what I didn't need. Then, Bryce and Tim, the Service Pro installers were just the best of the best. They were efficient, talked me through all that they did, they were kind, and got the entire job done in a timely manner. They talked to me like I was a friend, not just a customer. I have already recommended Air Comfort to another neighbor and will continue to sing their praises. My new AC is great...just like Air Comfort and all their staff..

Absolutely recommend this company. Called early morning and they were at my house before noon looking at my air conditioner. Very quick and efficient. Tim was excellent and clearly explained everything we needed for our new unit and installation!!

I have been using Air Comfort for about 11 years now every since I began purchasing investment properties around the St Charles/St Louis area. They have installed approx 18 full systems in that time along with countless seasonal inspections and ANY service needed in that 11 years.
MY mind is blown that in that time I have NO ISSUES to report that they have made 100% satisfactory !!!! I'd give 6 stars if I could and challenge the attitude and competency of anyone that feels they deserve less than 5 !!!
If you have an issue THEN CALL THEM AND RELAY CLEARLY the concern you have for clarity or resolve!
Their main goals have ALWAYS been to be a premium product from service, experience, expertise, and the best equipment available IN THE COUNTRY.

We had our AC go out on a Saturday and we’re able to get a new system installed by the following Thursday. Everyone we worked with was very professional and made sure we were informed about our purchase and the installation process. A very good experience all around!

Stan was very friendly and thorough in his work. Showed me pictures of items he cleaned…before/after. Efficient, making sure things were just right before signing off!! Thanks to Air Comfort and Stan!!!

Our HVAC system stopped working. We had 2 other companies come out that weren't able to correctly identify the cause. John was able to identify the issue and get us a temporary fix within 10 minutes after arriving! Wonderful company!
