At the scheduled installation time, four trucks showed up, and the guys from the trucks jumped out like an F1 pit crew to get to work. Highly organized and disciplined - they didn’t miss any details. An excellent company to work with.

Semi Annual system preventive maintenance on entire system. Excellent work performed by a Top Notch technician who I have used for over 25-30 years. I always get the best treatment and quality service from John. He is the best and only technician I allow to service my equipment backed to a first class company

Amazing experience from the best HVAC company in St. Louis, bar none!!!! My husband and I needed to replace our system recently and since this was a sizeable investment, we did our research and found the top 5 reviewed companies in our area -- Air Comfort was one of them. Our Project Manager was on time, very detailed, and readily available at all hours of the day to answer our questions. During our initial appointment he presented us with multiple solutions and provided us with additional information regarding available rebates and their expirations so we had all of the information to assess our options before making a decision. Air Comfort was our last bid and far exceeded our expectations. They weren't the cheapest option (often times the best isn't), but definitely the best when considering quality and craftsmanship. We decided to move forward with their Infinity System option including a zoning system. On the day of install their team arrived on time and worked to get the entire job completed in one day. The guys were respectful and easy to have in our home. They also cleaned the area when they finished and it looked better than it did when they started. We have been running the system for a few weeks now and couldn't be happier with our investment. We are Air Comfort Customers for life!!!

Arrived on time at 7:30 am and removed furnace, humidifier, A-coil, outdoor condenser and water heater. Installed a complete new system. Completed by 3:20 pm. Very courteous and professional. Covered flooring with drop cloths and wore shoe coverings. Very satisfied with the craftsmanship, great job!

Logan P. our service technician did a great job with our HVAC preventative maintenance. He explained things clearly, offered his advice and completed necessary maintenance items. He suggested we replace the humidifier pad and also replace the UV lamp as it was past its normal service life. Overall he was professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

Mike showed up a couple minutes early, and entered the house, very politely introduced himself, and asked if we were having any problems with the system. Since our system is relatively new, he did not find any problems, but make an adjustment on our thermostat to display the correct zip code weather info. I must say Mike is a very knowledgeable professional who really interacts well with the customer, and is keen to make sure we are comfortable, and happy with their products and services. I HIGHLY recommend Air Comfort Service. In fact, if Mike's boss is reading this review, he did such a great job for us, you should give him the rest of the day off...paid of course!!
