Matt was at my home right on time. He performed the yearly furnace maintenance and explained exactly what he was doing during the process. I'm very happy with his professionalism and the service of Air Comfort Service. I highly recommend Air Comfort if you need any HVAC needs.

Explained new thermostat on settings. Friendly, courteous, very professional. Air Comfort is very responsive, called this a.m., showed up today. Told them it wasn’t an emergency. 😉

Ryan M from Air Comfort Service came to my home for routine complete system check as part of my annual service contract agreement. He also installed an Air Scrubber on the system. He was on time and very personable. The annual service contract works out well for me because it's reasonably priced and I always get a reminder call from Tammy when it's time for the clean and check in spring and fall. Overall very good experience with this company for many years.

After 8 years, finally revealed the cause of communication faults: Use of wrong type thermostat.

From start to finish I really appreciate how well this went! My husband and I just bought a house and we had a feeling something was going to happen (being new home owners and all) and our AC went out yesterday. We called another company that had serviced the house with the previous owner and they couldn't see us until Friday. I have family staying over so that wasn't going to work. I put in a request online and got a response and call within 15 minutes to set up a time. The two people I spoke with on the phone (I wish I remembered their names) were kind and helpful! Originally I was going to get service tomorrow, but they called and said they had an opening to come by in the afternoon and within an hour, the tech showed up. Ryan was awesome! He let me follow him around, answered any questions I had to the best of his ability, and showed me everything about our AC, how it works, and what to look/listen for. At the end, he gave me a few options and what I appreciated is that he waited to put everything back together once I approved of the parts/fixes and payment. He was super nice and very knowledgeable! We will definitely use this company again!
