My service tech was very courteous and very professional, he explained what he was doing to clean my furnace and knew his trade very well, I had a new blower installed and he said the furnace was running great for it being 10 years old. I also asked him about putting central air in my new home and asked the price, he said that they were a small business so he could give me a fair price. We received 3 quotes from different companies for ductless heat pumps and installation. All were about the same price, however, Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning was the most thorough during their appraisal. They took measurements, estimated our insulation rating, and asked us about our aesthetic preferences for the piping outside of our house. Am glad, thanks!

Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning came out the same day I called, on a holiday weekend. The tech reviewed the system, explained the issue, and gave me multiple options for addressing it. He answered my many questions patiently. I absolutely recommend them for reasonable and knowledgeable service. Five stars!!

I contacted Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning for an estimate to replace an evaporator coil and AC condensing unit. The technician came out and provided the estimate. He was honest and provided us with three options that fell within our budget. The technicians show honesty and have reasonable pricing. It did not feel like they were trying to up sell. It also helped that, out of all the estimates. He was accessible and answered all of my questions before installation.

I had Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning come out and diagnose a mitsubishi mini split that was not working . I had a previous contractor unable to diagnose the problem. The airmaster was able to diagnose that the original installation was not done properly . They came back the next day and installed a new system. Their technician Bret was excellent . Both techs installed the new system . They were very careful in the house ,clean and efficient . I am 100% SATISFIED AND PLEASED!

I had two furnaces and two air conditioning systems installed. The installation process went well and we are well pleased with both systems.
