Air Comfort Service Inc.

I don't know how this Air Comfort Services does it, but once again I've been amazed by the quality of their technicians. Today it was Michael W. He was polite, respectful of my property and me, knowledgeable, very professional, and kept me completely informed as he went about his job. He asked me several times whether I had any questions, making sure I understood what he was doing and the outcome. On top of doing "his job" he went above and beyond again by spraying a couple of wasp nests near my door and then wiped up the overspray. GREAT Company and employees!

The service man was professional and explained everything. He took time to make sure I understood what he had done, what he was recommending and if I had any questions. He did this while a thunderstorm was going through my neighborhood.

Josh was extremely professional.. helped with electronic filter and humidifier.. gave good recommendations and high quality of work.. and cost saving options..I totally recommend him

Kevin was very thorough, worked hard and completed the job with perfection. He cleaned up perfectly as well. Explained everything in great detail. Great job!

Brandon was very polite & was good with my dog. In addition to my regular maintenance, he installed a humidifier. He made sure I knew where it was & showed me all of the attachments. He gave me advance notice prior to turning off the h2o.

We had Air Comfort Service out to review our heating system at a new house, as well as help us understand the Nest thermostat. They did a great job in reviewing the HVAC layout of the house.

We have used Air Comfort for about 7 years. They’ve done regular maintenance for us, a couple repairs, and last year replaced both our furnaces and our ACs. Office team/communication is top notch, as are service techs. Service techs are always happy to explain things, give tips, and answer questions. I have never met a crew of guys more enthusiastic about their trade and helping customers. When it was time to finally replace our system, their sales rep was super informative, offered multiple options and there was zero pressure. I never leave reviews but had to shout this company out, they have earned it after so many years of flawless service. Highly recommend.

Matt was extremely professional . Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. We bought a HVAC unit from Air Comfort in 2018. We're so happy with the maintenance contract and the less than 24 hours repair response. I highly recommend this company.

We have been working with air comfort (specifically John) for years. He is always straight up with us and does not try to over sell. Workmen ship is always top notch. I would recommend John with air comfort to anyone for all heating and cooling needs.
