Great experience from start to finish. Salesperson knew the equipment, answered all of my questions, and even advised me on some decisions I had already made about some of the new equipment. Price is fair and work was top notch. Service/install team was great and again answered all of my questions. They were on time and worked all day to make sure everything was done and cleaned up before they all left. Great company, highly recommended.

Air Alliance techs Jeremy & Stephen were brought in to assess my furnace & hot water heater after burst water pipes damaged my home. They were thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and welcomed my many questions, providing easy to understand explanations. Their visit was followed by a phone call spelling out my options & giving me price points. There was no double talk nor high pressure sales tactics. I would recommend Air Alliance without hesitation.

Professional, prompt, and friendly. I've never had. A technician that didn't meet these qualities in the last 3 years of using Air Alliance. We're very grateful for their assistance in making our home as safe and efficient as possible!

Will never never recommend this company to anyone especially to the business. They don’t know what they are doing and never exchange the filter but keep sending me the bill. I called several times and tell them to stop by to do their job, but not show up….they don’t know what maintenance is! The worst AC air Alliance ever!!!!

I recommend this company for heating and cooling installation and service. Yesterday I had need of service tech as my whole heating and cooling system shut down. On a Saturday no less, they sent me a tech. Jeremy had found the problem and everything works just fine!

Kyle was fantastic! He arrived right on time and got right to work diagnosing the problem. Once he knew what needed to be done he explained everything in great detail and completed the job in a timely fashion. He was professional and courteous. We highly recommended Air Alliance Team for anyone with HVAC needs!

We received a text when they were on their way, they were informative, and very professional. They got us fixed up quickly and their pricing was very fair. We will be using them for all of our HVAC needs.

I recently had a furnace installed and the installers knew what they were doing. They answered all my questions, were concerned about keeping our carpeting clean. The furnace looks great and is doing its job at keeping our house warm. They did have to come back twice to fix a water leak on the exhaust pipe. There was also a gas leak (minor). Someone showed up very quickly on Sat. evening and took care of it.

Yesterday, with single digit temperatures, we woke to our furnace blowing cold air. After contacting several other companies who all said they couldn’t arrive until four days later, Air Alliance Team said they could have someone out that night. Stephen showed up later that evening and was able to diagnose and fix our problem. Highly recommend!
