Bryan, Steve, Chris, Kevin worked from 0800-1630 to get the job done before the frigid weather. Quality, professional and friendly service installation of a new Lennox HVAC system. Just in time for the emergency replacement of my 19 year old dying system. Thanks to Joe for getting this scheduled in time.

Our service window was today 9-12. I got a reminder the night before (text and email) and a text when the technician, Trevor, was on the way. He arrived a couple minutes before 9 and waited outside until a couple minutes after 9. He was cheerful, efficient, and went right to work. He quickly did what needed to be done and had an extra minute for a friendly chat afterwards. Overall, I was very pleased and would highly recommend him (and the Air Alliance team) to friends and family. We have been customers for years and I have always been happy with the service (and I am very picky). In a day and age when quality/service are slipping everywhere else, this company continues to uphold high standards. Excellent experience :)

The day of I got a message that a technician was on his way with his name and rating. David W was very polite and respectful. He was very educational and helpful addressing issues that might appear in the future. He kept and clean work space .I will definitely recommend and have him back for maintenance.

We had a zoning system installed in our home. The installation went very smoothly and the installers were professional and knowledgeable. The only reason I give this review 4 Stars is because we set up the appointment and took time off work and the appointment was a no show. After calling in, the result was they re-scheduled our appointment without consulting us. The original sales rep did acknowledge and accommodate us for this error. Communication and initial concern of the front line staff that takes this business’s calls are the only area that I had a problem with; the installers and sales rep did a great job!

This company was so empathetic with respect to our AC pooping out. Married with 3 kids, so let me tell you that a working AC is imperative. I called around 10pm and they were here by 8am next day (first appointment). Kyle was super friendly, very professional and walked me through everything he did. After 4-5 mins, he alerted me of the failed capacitor and put a new one in. He washed down the coils and stayed around 15/20 mins after a successful installation and running AC just to make sure we didn’t hit a snag and all systems were running. Double checked the source unit and also made sure we knew what to expect. I also did not feel taken advantage of. They did a great job and stand by the service call 30 days, which is phenomenal. Any problems, no questions and they’ll come back. Kyle was a superstar and our family’s hero for the day.

Customer service that called me back was very polite and scheduled with ease. John Reynolds was the tech that came out. He was very knowledgeable, told me some options I can do to upgrade our system. Only thing I did not care for was the cost of refrigerant that had to be added. Ridiculous price since I last had this done at our old house.
