Kyle was most thorough and professional young man I have ever had with a heating and cooling maintenance program. Explained all to me and took a lot of time with the service. Very impressed!!!!

I have my furnace/air-conditioner checked out every year. I want to thank Darran Herman from the Air Alliance Team for such a thorough inspection. David Willett was awesome. Quickly found my heater issues, was professional, and even went above and beyond to explain things, and even how to do some small matinance myself. Didn't even laugh at me for having the filter in backwards. Lol. Totally would recommend him for any HVAC needs!

Excellent Service. My A/C stopped working the other day when it was super hot. It was like 100 out. I called A's and Sauer. I spoke with Brent who was both courteous and professional. They were able to get some to my location quickly and lucky for me was able to fix the problem right away. Jeff was technician they sent out,, he was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Josh Ringer did the routine winter maintenance. Discovered that the iComfort thermostat, which had been replaced this last summer, had ntot been installed properly. The humidifier had not been connected. He repaired it at no cost and it working now. Excellent job.

Air Aliance did a great job. Was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. Tech arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and diagnosed and fixed my furnace’s problem with no issue. Will definitely be using them again.

I called Air Alliance yesterday to schedule a time to have a technician come look at our office AC unit. I was greeted on the phone by a very friendly woman that took time to listen to the problems we were having, and she was able to quickly schedule a technician to come check everything out.

The next day, Steven Rabbitt came to our office to address issues with our AC. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He even gave me some advice on how to maximize air coming through the return. This was one of the most pain free experiences I've ever had, so thank you! We will reach out to Air Alliance in the future for any HVAC needs.

Needed a gas inspection scheduled. I called towards the end of the day and they were able to schedule the appointment for the next day. Their tech, Steve, was on time, did the inspection, reviewed the whole system, provided a recommendation for the next steps in a timely fashion. His thoroughness and advice really put us at ease. I had a few follow up questions I didn't think to ask right away but when I called back in they seemed to drop everything to help immediately. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, sincere, efficient HVAC company.

I would like to thank Richard for reaching out to take care of an issue that arose with my invoice. He originally contacted me to get more information about my concerns and called again this week to adjust my original invoice. I was not expected this and was pleasantly surprise by his resolution.
