I talked to manager and he agreed I was over charged and would issue a credit? That has never been done. The tech did not fix the furnace, or follow up with me and made my teenage son over pay him before leaving. They called and said my 10 year old carrier furnace needed several repairs or replacing and they could be out the next day to take care of it to the toon of several thousand dollars. I had another company come out for second opinion and they simply replaced batteries in my ecobee thermostat sensors to fix the problem. They are either not qualified or a scam, I have still never received my credit!!!
Best in the business hands down. Responsive, no wait times when calling, text reminders of appointment and who the tech is when coming. Would highly recommended 100% for all HVAC needs.
Quite a bit of disorganization following installation in regards to set up for seasonal maintenance check ups but our technician Matt helped us sort it out finally so we got squared away. The unit has been great and the install and financing was easy enough.
I am not happy with the service that I received from the Air Alliance Team. This is nothing personal toward the actual technicians, they were very nice and professional, this is more towards the business practice of this company as a whole. My initial call was to service my AC unit (Spring 2019), and it was determined that I needed a new unit. After the new unit was installed I had to call the Air Alliance Team back out because the thermal insulation around the outside pipe was not properly put back on and the fan was not shutting off when the thermostat was set to auto. The Air Alliance Team sent a technician out and he figured out that my unit needed a new control module board, I wasn't sure why this was not discovered during my initial AC servicing and installation but never-the-less I held off on getting it fixed since it only made the fan stay on. At the time of the AC service I purchased a contract to have my furnace serviced later in the year. Fast forward to the fall of 2019, The Air Alliance Team came out again to service my furnace this time, once again the technician DID NOT diagnose that I needed a new control module board. Once he was done with the servicing I had to tell him that I needed it and when he tested it, I did in fact need it replaced. I was very frustrated that I had to tell the technician what was wrong instead of the unit being properly serviced and diagnosed. I called the company to complain, spoke to a guy by the name of Steve briefly. Steve said that he would reach out to the technician and call me back and never did, very unprofessional. As you might imagine, my confidence in the Air Alliance Team is not very high so I wouldn't recommend them for the reasons that I've listed above. When I hire professional I like to feel confident that I can trust what they are telling me, now when the time comes to turn on my heat, I'm not positive if I will have issues or not, only time will tell since I am not using the furnace yet. I very seldom write reviews but I've spent nearly $5K with this company and could not even get a call back to address my concern so I'm hoping this review might help the next person.
From the beginning (Oct 2021) until they could finally get a replacement air conditioner in Mar 2022, Allied provided us with sound advice and installation as quick as possible. They were very professional and prompt.
Kyle E. was prompt, thorough, professional and took time to explain all of the maintenance he performed on our HVAC system. He even made sure to try to save some baby bird eggs that found their way into our air conditioner! We will be sure to call Air Alliance again in the future-ask for Kyle!
We first chose A's Heating & Cooling because they were the company that had been servicing our home before we bought it. We were delighted with their prompt service, friendly workers and office staff. For years, we didn't need any kind of repair service. Then, when we did - it was performed promptly and economically. As a woman, it is often challenging to deal with servicemen - but I have never once been talked over, or talked down to, or had them treat me as anything but a valued, intelligent, and capable customer. For that reason, we chose to have annual service contracts for both our home, and our rental home. As the company has evolved and expanded, the exceptional service has remained constant. Both on the phone and in person, the company's commitment to customer service is obvious. Employees seem happy to work for this company, which truly matters to us when we hire people to work in our home. We've been especially delighted with Service Tech Bill, who has frequently been the one to work on both of our properties. He always shows me what he's working on, explains any problems, and discusses options with me. Our pets, and I, feel safe with him in our home. I can't think of any company for which I could give a higher recommendation. For transparency's sake: I do have a degree in Public Relations, but I was not compensated in any way for this review.
Bill has been our tech the last two times we needed service. He treated us like family. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend air alliance team.
Brent H. and his team were extremely quick in responding to our needs. They were very helpful at providing different options and recommending the most appropriate AC and furnace for our home. They were very professional and did a fantastic job in replacing our AC and furnace. They were also very diligent in following all safety guidelines during the COVID-19 outbreak to ensure the safety of my family and their employees. I highly recommend them.

Ron and Kevin were very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job. Hopefully we won't have any more AC issues. But if we do, we will contact them.
