Excellent customer service from Joshua! I had our heating system maintenance from another company and two days later when I needed heat, it didn’t work. The company refused to come back because I obtained their services through a home warranty. The home warranty made me pay and additional fee for service. Joshua from NP Heating discovered the issue right away. The previous tech turned off the gas valve. Joshua could have signed off and left. Instead, he took the time to explain a few things about the system and some things to look out for. He even noticed my filter was missing. Something the previous tech didn’t put back. Since I needed a new one anyway, I was able to purchase on the spot for a great price. I will be using this company again. 10/10!

Each person that I spoke with was very informative. There were several things wrong with my AC and my furnace was old and not working well. Upon inspection and review of the entire situation, they did not just give me the highest price. They provided 4 different options ranging from the least costly, which is a patchwork, to the greatest which was replacement of the a/c and furnace; I appreciated having those options to be able to make an informed decision. I will recommend this company to anyone.

The technical would mansplain in over complicated terms. When asking him to simplify, he just sighed. He spoke poorly of another company that looked at it as well. During the coldest time of the year, they took 4-5 days to respond with a proper quote.

After having some initial issues with billing after a furnace repair, I got a call from Nat in the main office who took the time to call me and listen to my side of the issue. My billing error was quickly resolved after talking with Nat and I might add the furnace is working great now. I wouldn't hesitate to use No Problem in the future.
