I had an awesome and professional experience with this company. The technicians were respectful to if my home & health by wearing mask and shoe covers st all times. The need work was explained to me in detail before moving forward. The office we staff was just as professional and caring as well. Would recommend this company at anytime.

Ryan came out and he was beyond professional. He explained the problem, took steps to fix it and when we realized we needed a new HVAC system, he walked us through it every step of the way. He called and checked up on the situation, oversaw the installation and helped us understand how our system works.
When we wanted to install a new thermostat, he helped us do that, too. He gave a kind, personal touch to everything and made us feel valued as customers.
They did great work, our new system is terrific. The company is not just reputable but excellent.

This company is amazing! They got us in for an appointment quick! They sent me a photo of my technician, with a message about him and when he was in his way! Brad was kind courteous, and explained everything he was doing and gave advice about how to better care for my unit! So thankful for an honest good company! Will continue to use them for all my A/C and heating needs!

Had No Probem come out to give me an estimate on a new furnace. Mine was 20 years old and had a cracked heat exchanger. I had received previous estimates prior to their arrival. Bryan came to my house right on time and looked over my old unit. He then explained to me, in great detail, the ins an outs of how furnaces functioned and the differences between the different efficiency and different blowers. They then gave me 5 different estimates that where all great prices. They where able to install my new furnace the very same day at an awesome price for a high quality unit. They did great work and were friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

5/17/2018- Had No Problems come out and service my AC today. Andrew was very professional and caring and explained everything to me in detail. Even though the unit was not installed by then, it is now running top notch and better than ever. Again., this is a great company and they do great work for a reasonable price!!

My husband and I needed an entire new HVAC system. We had 3 estimates done and we chose no problem heating and cooling because the service we received from Nikki and Mike was amazing. I swear Nikki lives there. Our system finally went out Monday night at 7pm. I called Nikki and she had someone here 36 hours later installing a completely new unit. I contacted Nikki twice via email and both times she called me within minutes. Mike did our estimate and he was extremely knowledgeable. Mike called before we booked the install to ensure I understood everything from the estimate he gave us 3 weeks prior. Justin, Britt and the whole install team was so professional and friendly. Our house already feels better and they have been gone for 20 minutes. Thank you so much. If you like amazing customer service, go with them!!! We are very happy. Casey was a true professional! Very informative with the work that he was completing and gave great detail about the units and what was going on with them to cause the issues. I appreciate him taking the time to answer my questions and talk to me about future maintenance. Thank you!!! Great service from Casey and I enjoyed talking to the receptionist when setting up my appointment.

Casey is great! They’ve always been good with after hours emergencies as well as normal maintenance. Casey is good about explaining services and making repairs correct and fast.

Cody came out and diagnosed the issue with my furnace very quickly. He was prompt, polite and very professional. A part had to be ordered and he went above and beyond to try to find one locally.
When the part came in, Ryan came out to install it and discovered another issue that he was able to fix right away!
I was leery using my home warranty because of nightmare stories I have heard. But these guys were awesome!!!
Being a single mom it is scary having strangers come in to your home. I really appreciated getting a text, both times, with a picture of the technician and a little info about them. It help set my mind at ease knowing who to expect at the door!

Brad was awesome. He was in the area and stopped by within 20 minutes of me making the call. He was very thorough and even saved us some money. We have replaced our furnace and AC both with No Problem within the past year and have been very happy with their service.

I recently had a UV blue light installed by No Problem Heating and Cooling. Not only was the install quick but the service techs were great to work with. I’ve seen a significant improvement in my allergies and I am thankful for their recommendation of this great product!
