Cory was very thorough, and patieng to abswer my questions at the end of the service call. But unfortunately he traced my ac problem down to an electrical low voltage issue that they are not authorized to tackle. So now I'm waiting for warranty company to send an electrician to find and repair the wiring problem. In the future this is the company I'll call for service needs.

Lucas was very nice/polite and professional, he introduced himself had identification. Went right to the problem after during a standard check. Issue corrected have A/C after 89-91 degree hot house. Will use NPM Heating and Cooling Service Again.

My warranty company sent out a technician from this company to help fix my furnace. It was just clicking and wouldn't ignite. Josh came out, saw the date on my furnace, opened it and saw a dirty filter and immediately said it's soo dirty and old, and has water stains ( yes, it froze up last year, I told him that). Then just said he can't fix it, it needs replaced, and took all of the pictures and sent the warranty company 3 bids for an entire new system. I got a second opinion, within 10 minutes it was fixed. It was just a bad igniter. My ceramic one cracked, so he replaced it with a metal one and now I have heat again 4 days later. Josh is just a sales man who wanted the $13,000.00 without even doing the basic maintenance checking. I would never recommend this company for any actual heating issues, they'll just want to replace without even trying to fix it.
