I called Thursday afternoon when I noticed my heat wasn't working properly. They were able to come out first thing Friday morning. Casey did such a great job of analyzing the problem and fixing it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also explained everything very well. I am very happy with this company. They're the best!

He was very friendly and efficient, he even sent us over the estimate that same day. My client and I were very appreciative of the fast response and the estimate that was given that we hired them for the job. Our AC went out late afternoon and I called No Problem Heating and Cooling late in the evening and left a message with them. I received a return call first thing the following morning, scheduled an appointment for LATER that morning, the technician arrived within the scheduled window and completed our repairs within 45 minutes. The other service providers I spoke with had 3-4 day wait lists. This was a very good experience and would recommend No Problem Heating and Cooling without hesitation.

My experience with No Problem Heating and Cooling was very pleasant from the very beginning. Cody, the technician, called with an estimated time of arrival. When he arrived, he came with a mask and covering for his shoes, which I truly appreciated. After hearing my concerns, he went right to work investigating the situation. Once he determined the problem, he provided me with a couple of recommendations to solve my problem. I ended up having to purchase a new air conditioning system, but even there, he assisted me in determining what was good for my home. I appreciated his knowledge and his non-pressuring presentation of the facts. During installation he was professional. One could tell he really cares about his work and its presentation. I really appreciate that. He was very thorough and explained everything that was done.
I also appreciated the responsiveness of the office personnel. My questions were answered professionally and politely.

I have used this company for four years. they installed my HVAC unit. I am a club member and get regular maintenance. I have always been very happy with the srvice until know. My unit went out last nighr Friday, late and called the hotline. No respnse from No Problem and I am still trying to get a response and a call back. It is Saturday morning, July 23rd and it is 10:05. If I dont hear back and get a NPH&C tech her immediately, I will have to call another company.

We recently purchased a new house with a zoned AC and thermostats we didn't know how to use coming from Nest land. We made an initial request through our home warranty company that sent out another company that actually BROKE our thermostat and didn't answer any of our questions. Kevin & Andrew from NPM not only fixed the mangled thermostat, showed me exactly how to use it, how to program if necessary and offered upgrade options should we want to streamline everything. They were extremely professional, on time, not pushy and most importantly, got our system to a place where we know how to use it! 11/10 would recommend.

I have a home warranty and this is the service provider they contacted on my behalf, and I am so glad it was. My a/c was having a few issues and Cody (technician) got everything running smoothly. He was prompt and courteous and so professional. I was very pleased with the service. It was also an added bonus that they send a picture and a little info on the technician who will be coming. Just adds another level of professionalism and safety to your appointment. Would definitely recommend this company and Cody in particular.
