A neighbor who works with HVAC recommended Dole, and I understood why after the first visit. Professional, efficient company that knows their stuff. I would recommend calling Doc and Dole Heating, especially if you live in St. Louis city.

Dole is incredible! I called at 3pm and the technician, Justin, arrived :15 minutes later! I was even able to track his progress on a map like food delivery.

Once he got here he fixed the thermostat and even repaired the wall where my Nest came loose. He then quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me clear options for repair, and then ran back to the office to get a part and had the furnace under repair within 20 minutes. Incredibly satisfied with the experience.

Justin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He made sure everything was working properly before he left which we really appreciated! Super nice and professional! Definitely will be using them again!

I called Dole at approximately 10:40AM with a request related to a home inspection. The work was immediately scheduled to be completed same day, between 11AM-1PM - super fast response time by Dole! Mike was incredibly professional and knowledgeable regarding the task. Quality work at a tremendously affordable rate. Will be contacting Mike at Dole for all heating and cooling needs.

Justin arrived early and by the time I got there he knew exactly where I stood. Justin reviewed what he found and with my limited knowledge I think he nailed it. So instead of band aid repairs like I use to see regularly so they can keep coming back I'm going directly to the correct solution. I have a new 200 amp panel already being installed and as soon as it is in I'll have a new electric furnace. he did a temp fix so I have heat that will work fine until I get new power available and we can continue updating the property because we have heat!!!

in summary they are extremely responsive and professional customer service, they do great work and you can't beat their value. I have used them for years and will do so in the future. These guys are great!
