Service was very professional, friendly and efficient. I was told it would cost $75 for the service call. It was discovered that a capacitor needed to be replaced, which was completed. I was charged an additional $235 for a $15 piece of equipment. All of this work was complete within 45 minutes. So my review is entirely related to value and not to service. I feel ripped off by Dole truthfully.

Full furnace / AC replacement and duct cleaning… all done in one day, done respectfully, done well, and cheaper than the competition… the 6 installers (here all day) got a little rowdy at times, but what can you expect lol? They made some aesthetic adjustments of wires/pipes as I requested, and were always super kind… I’d recommend Dole HVAC to anybody! 🙌🏼

I've had Dole out to my house a couple of times for different projects and whether they were servicing my furnace or installing new duct work, it was a great experience. They have extremely responsive and professional customer service, they do great work and you can't beat their value. These guys are great!

I have house that was built 1904 or so, went with a Ruud system, heating & air. They were able to do some adjustments on our other system till we get money to replace it. I am grateful for all their hard work in repairs some vents that were sealed off for circulation of our downstairs units. I bought the cleaning warranty to clean and any adjustments. They very informative if I should covered or not outside unit.

I highly recommend this company! They were very professional over the phone and in person they explained the process/provided me with options when I was thinking about replacing my old furnace, the tech came in on time, finished the job in no time! Also, I was very happy with the price as well Dole’s pricing was far more affordable than other companies in the area when I was comparing them. I couldn’t be any happier with the service they provided.You really can't go wrong with this honest and friendly company.
