I got a mini split from Dole and love it! Professionally installed and done quickly. Also got an AC service plan from them as they were so great to work with! Would definitely recommend them to all, including family and friends!

They did a seasonal checkup and cleaning on both systems and did a great job. Very Happy!

I received 6-7 different quotes from installers in my area. Dole’s quote was the most reasonable, and came 2k lower than the others for the same system setup. Their customer service from the original estimate visit to schedule, setup, and final follow thru, it was amazing. They answer all my questions and trust me, I asked a lot. They also educated us about features and recommendations and how our system works. All the techs were very professional and fast to respond to my calls and very willing to fix any mistake. I highly recommend them

With in an hour of reporting my issue to the Dole office, they had Doc at my house to fix the condenser on my central a/c unit. Not only was he professional, kind and timely, he fixed my a/c in record time. It was very clear he had extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and I felt very well cared for. The installers came in at 8 and stayed until the job was done. They were very helpful and patient with my family being here. We had to have a technician come out the next day and adjust the fan speed. Tom was very professional and polite. He answered all of our questions and explained everything so we could understand it. Will be using Dole for future HVAC for sure!

This company installed my furnace & A/C a number of years ago. This was the first time I had a breakdown. They were swamped with calls due to the heat wave. So the owner himself came out & provided excellent service very quickly & got my A/C repaired. And not only that he looked at my broken down refrigerator while he was here and told me what it needed, where to get it & how I could install it. I give my Highest Recommendation for this company & trust them completely.
