We have an old system that kept freezing up. I knew to thaw it w/ cool off and fan running, change filter, etc., but since it kept happening, I called for service. Carlos was our technician - he was kind, polite and knowledgeable. He was also honest about us needing a new system before too long, but was not at all pushy about that. He charged it after giving me an estimate and it came in well below what he said as it needed less refrigerant than he feared it would. I will definitely recommend them and use them again when that time comes!

I've had a wonderful experience with each person who comes to my home. Professional, courteous, respectful and they do a great job with diagnosing, recommending, and repairing issues. I like to support family companies and this is a great one. The business is run well, organized, and anyone who calls from the office is very courteous and organized as well. I like the quoting system they use which is digital, comes to your email and you can review your proposals and sign them digitally. Overall, excellent customer service and experience with Dole.

This is a great air conditioning company. Today one of the service technicians Alfredo came to the house and was able to diagnose and fix our problem with ease. I was also happy to see that he placed yellow booties over his shoes so not to track dirt in the house. I also feel like the pricing was reasonable and the service was quick. I was able to call on a Monday and they came out Tuesday afternoon.

I left a message over the weekend and by Monday afternoon my call had been returned, the service manager had come out, and my AC was as good as new. Beyond professional and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in live time as he fixed it. Will always use Dole. 10/10 experience as usual.

We have used Dole since 2020 when we had new HVACs/ACs installed at our home. They have provided great affordable service. I also really enjoy the services provided in their maintenance service program. The technicians are very professional, hard working and gracious in explaining everything to the homeowners. I highly recommend this business.

Alferdo, was extremely friendly and very helpful. He was able to have the smart thermostat installed in under an hour. I will most definitely be using Dole again to service my furnace and air conditioner in the future.

I have worked with Doc Dole and his company for about 15 years, and the quality of the service work, the reasonableness of the prices, and the thoroughness and attention to detail has been consistently high over all this time. Dole HVAC also has really wonderful service people on the phone for scheduling appointments or keeping you up to date on how things are moving. I always think this is an underrated part of any contractor's team, and the Dole team is brilliant.
