From calling the office, to Dole sending a technician the very next day, to meeting Mark the service technician, and the entire experience....I felt like I was in good hands.

Been struggling with this issue for so long, so I was a little worried going into the winter.

The expertise and precision of Mark's abilities was incredible. He worked on the unit like a heart surgeon, and it was so unbelievable that I couldn't look away.

What I thought was impossible to fix with hundreds of wires and obstacles, he could have done in his sleep. I thanked the good Lord for finding this company.

Our heat went out at the beginning of a cold weather system. I called them late one afternoon. They showed the next morning to diagnose the issue. That afternoon they had the parts and were able to install and get our furnace back up and running. Great customer service and very professional. Will be going with Dole for anything HVAC related from now on.

My water heater broke on a Thursday night. Dole had a guy come out the very next morning and he found it needed to be replaced. They arrived promptly at 8:30am on Monday morning and I have hot water by noon. Very friendly employees and speedy service!
