Dole came very recommended from my local friends and they did not disappoint. My tech, Tony, arrived on-time, was knowledgeable/friendly, and was very upfront with cost and options. This job was for a band-aid fix on my failing system but I plan on going to them for a full replacement in the Fall.

The service was very pleasant and gave understandable explanations of what the situation was. He took care of the problem and even though he had to go get a new part was back in a short time and completed the repair. Also that gal that answers your phone and scheduled my appointment was very pleasant and helpful.

We had two serious issues at a home in South City that we just purchased - one with the boiler amd one with the water heater. Everyone from Dole who came out was extewmly professional and thorough. Mark, especially, was extremely helpful and taught us a lot about radiant heat. We've never had this type of system before, but now we feel educated and secure thanks to everyone. Alfredo stayed late to ensure pur pipes wouldnt freeze after the system stopped working and notified us that the previous owners had installed a very dangerous venting system. Without Alfredo and Mark we'd have had no idea. Also, the price was extremely reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend them. 10 out of 10!

He arrived promptly and he was ready to dive in to see what the problem was without hesitation he listened very well to my concerns and did his very best to solve the problem. I had to bring this to your attention because we have been dealing with your company for years and it's good to see how your business has grown and that you still continue to to hire knowledgeable staff great job Mark. Getting anyone to answer the phone is almost impossible. Instead, they transfer you to a call center and take several days to return your call. Played phone tag with Dole for 4 weeks before I finally was able to make an appointment which was cancelled the day of. No one contacted me to reschedule, until 15 minutes before a tech surprised me with a text saying they’re on their way.

The tech arrived and was very unprofessional. As I’m opening the door he says I’m with Dole and barges in. He didn’t listen to the issues I was having, but still made recommendations. Including, arguing with me about my fan direction. Would not recommend a service that doesn’t know the difference between Clockwise and Counter-Clockwise rotation.

Our South City home had a 30+ year furnace that as on it's last leg and we knew we needed a full system replacement. From the first time I reached out to Dole, they were responsive, professional and kind and immediately (within 30mins) sent someone out to give us an estimate. Dzenad arrived quickly and gave us multiple options/packages that we could choose and never tried to upsell us on things we weren't in the market for. He was knowledgeable, professional and helped us with the approval process for financing. Within a week, we had our install scheduled.

The install team arrived right on time and got the work done quickly. They also stopped to show us certain areas that may need extra cleaning/work eventually, again without trying to upsell us on anything. We appreciated them taking the extra time to inform us about the system since it is such a big investment in our home. The new system looks incredible and works as it should. I would 100% recommend Dole to anyone with HVAC system needs. They were awesome!

I called to have my “squirrel cage” repaired/rebuilt, and they said parts aren’t available although there is a universal kit for this job. He said I have to replace the furnace with a new one for about $5000-6000. I didn’t get a repair person. I got a salesman. The gentleman stated he’s been doing HVAC for a year and a half. Fact is, just because he doesn’t know how to do the repair doesn’t mean I need a new furnace. AND THEY CHARGED ME $75 to tell me this.

Dole handled things very professionally. No complaints there! Unfortunate that the heating element on a 14 month old Ruud Furnace already went out.
