Robert was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He also did not do the hard sell and supplied all the info we required and had our system running well again in no time.

We paid for the Diamond Plan and when the technician came to our home, he stated that we had CO2 leak, he even showed us a reading on his monitor and tried to turn off the furnace while telling us we needed to order a very expensive part right away. We asked him to turn it back on and we would get back to him. Upon calling the fire department, we found out that we did not have a leak at all so we bought a CO2 monitor and watch it over the next several days with absolutely no issue. I would never recommend this company, sad.

Dole replaced two central AC systems for us in our 120 year old home last week. They were fast, friendly, competitively priced, and did a great job!

He was very Respectful of my Home and wore Booties so that he would not dirty the carpet and flooring. He was not pushy on replacing a broke part , he told me it was bad but it would make it through the summer but would need replaced next year.

Mark is great. He is timely, professional, knowledgeable, fixed both our issues with two different units and is friendly. One of the many reasons we keep coming back to Dole. Update 2023: Mark helped fix out boiler and was extremely thorough and helpful per usual. Alfredo was with him today and helped fix our issue both very respectful and courteous.

Mark is very knowledgeable and explains in detail what, where, why things are the way they are and how to maintain equipment properly. Very personable and I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with their heating and cooling needs.
