I would highly recommend Dole Heating & Air Conditioning. We called them about the furnace this morning and Carlos came around the noon time and fixed the issue. Charge is more than reasonable.

Tom was very professional and explained what was wrong with our AC unit. Our repair was very quick as well. I would feel good about using Dole again should I have more problems in the future.

Justin, our tech, was incredible. He came two days before Christmas. When the problem looked like it couldn't be fixed for a few days, he brought us space heaters to hold us over the holidays. After he had left, when he got word that work could proceed, he came back.

He could have just said "forget it." We were the last call of the day. He'd already spent hours on the heater. The company Christmas party had already started. He didn't. He came back. And spent another few hours working on our heater to make sure we'd be set for the holidays.

He was professional, and courteous, but also kind. I appreciate the heck out of him, and Dole. Thank you Justin, and Dole.

Called on a Saturday night. Tom from Dole showed up first thing Sunday morning. Was friendly & professional fixed the problem quickly. I have used Dole for several years. Alway friendly and quick to get to you. I always feel the they truly appreciate and value their customers.

Doc is very personable as well as professional. He checks up on his guys to insure completeness and accuracy. I have zero complaints. His workers were really nice guys and they worked so hard in the hot sun and were still smiling. I am never using another company. This is it for me. I called them for an install and a repair and they both went seamlessly.

We did had a minor set back with our first appointment but Doc and the team has gone above and beyond to accommodate since and I look forward to future business with them.
