Justin was so quick and efficient. He was able to locate and replace a cut wire in the outdoor ac unit within 10 minutes. As if that was awesome enough, he even fixed a broken spring on the front door on his way out! Incredible, friendly service! He deserves 5+ stars.

I had my whole HVAC system replaced and quite a bit of duct modification in my basement. They also installed a tankless hot water heater. It was a big job and Steve was the guy running the show for the 3 day job. He was excellent as well as the other workers! Such great attention to detail, and he worked closely with me to make sure everything worked with the layout of my finished basement plan. They went above and beyond and all at a reasonable cost, the lowest bid out of three I got before choosing them. They are professional, very good people and very reasonably priced! What more can you ask for?

Mark was great, he was very polite and professional. He came out on 4th of July and fixed my ac quickly and provided pictures and notes showing exactly what was wrong. Very impressed with the SERVICE and HONESTY. I would recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Called in the morning and Justin was at my house in the afternoon. Very nice and professional. I like to learn about how things in my house work, so I watched him and asked a bunch of questions while he worked, and he explained everything to me very clearly. Did not try to sell me a whole new system like most companies do, but explained some of the components that were breaking down and what I should consider replacing. Highly recommend this company!

Mark and Robert located problem source and took their time to properly correct. Mark/Robert will follow up within the next 2 weeks to test and confirm problem is solved, add another level of safety to unit and coordinate additional corrective action with the plasterer.

Yes, we would definitely recommend Dole. They were able to get a technician out the same day to look at our furnace. Our technician Justin was able to fix the problem in a timely manner. He was professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. We will definitely be using Dole again..
