Amended review: I tried for 4 days to get a receipt after spending $13,000 plus dollars on an install. I have written and I have called. Multiple emails went to Sarah and a phone call as well. Today I reached Jennifer and was not impressed. I told her my frustration about trying to get a receipt over the last several days. You could tell she could not identify with the frustration and without any affect said I will send you one in the mail tomorrow. No word of apology, no word of let me check on it and see what happened. I can only hope that I do not need to go through the office to arrange service or something more severe. Getting a receipt should not be this difficult after a major expenditure like this.
Clark, Matthew and Chandler worked as an efficient, expeditious and synchronized Team. There was no chatter as they almost silently went about their individual task installing my Generac Guardian 18 kw generator. They took time to show me what I needed to know when they were finished. I was so impressed that I bought the C M Mose maintenance agreement after Matthew explained logically why it is best to have one. BUY THEM LUNCH!
I was leery of making the call, because I figured I would hear that my 21 year old unit couldn’t be repaired and would need replaced! The lady that answered was very nice and after hearing my work schedule, was able to work around it and fit me in the next day. The technician (Kyle) called me ahead of time and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very professional, and diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. The service call fee was well worth the expertise! I would use them again and highly recommend!
I met with three companies before choosing CM Mose. They were by far the most professional and reasonable. They really helped me sort out my big electrical issues. Very pleased. Highly recommend.
Our AC wasn’t cooling. I called and they had a repairman/technician in the area and came out within 3 hours, after finishing another job. Kyle was nice and went to work quickly and found the problem right away. Had to reset the system and it’s working great now!! Only charged the service fee!! So pleased!
We use CM Mose for everything we can in our home and rental properties, and have been customers for several years. Our previous experiences were outstanding. However yesterday’s experience was not as smooth. Understanding some jobs might be complicated and take more time, the appointment window passed without any word from the tech or office. After a quick call to the office the appointment window was moved back 2 hours. Once the technician arrived, he located the problem and made that repair quickly, and completed the doorbell installation. He did not have the needed parts with him to fix the broken light socket. We will definitely continue to use and recommend CM Mose
Brad was our technician and an apprentice. They did a fantastic job replacing our electrical panel. I would highly recommend. Can’t say enough about their professionalism and expertise. Thank you!

I have not worked with electricians before so I was a bit nervous. This was an excellent experience. I worked with two different technicians, Chad and Clark. Both were professional, very skilled, and pleasant. There is a reasonable trip charge which is then applied to your bill if you have them do the work. The firm's communication with their technicians is good, and their scheduling is easy to work with. They have recently become 'corporate,' and it took a bit more effort to communicate with some of the phone reps that are not local, but usually I could eventually ask to have the local office call me and they always did. It's great having full lights in the bathroom, kitchen, and hall again. I plan to call CM Mose for my future electrical repairs, and am recommending them to my church as well. Way to go, Chad and Clark!
Great experience with the technicians and admin staff. They were very accommodating with schedules and were great with their communication. No hesitation to book them again for future work!
Emily was awesome!! She was very personable, did a very thorough job and answered all of our questions when she did our annual system checkups.
We had to replace both of our A/C units over the last 3 years and CM Mose did the work. They are very professional and follow-through with what they say they will do.
