    Brett our sales person was very professional, informative and explained things to were we all understood. He left with us knowning exactly what we needed to know for our informed decision. Highly recommend this company. Great customer service. Day of install, Scott was great. He worked thru the cold drizzle rain all day. He was awesome!! Very professional and totally left with the whole work area clean. Went over everything with the Generac. Made sure all electricity was all on and working. Lit and made sure our furnace worked and Lit the water heater. Great service.

    Stuart came to my door and introduced himself and explained exactly what he was going to do. He completed the service in a timely and efficient manner and let me know when he had finished. In addition, he provided additional information to help me provide a safe environment for my home generator. I had previously ordered my generator from another distributor and had it installed by another company. The generator caused a mini explosion with flares up - sparks, ect. The fire department came and disconnected it for my safety. Mose was recommended so I contacted them the next day. They checked with Generact who covered the whole thing. I also had a warranty. The wrong voltage generator was ordered which was no fault of MOSE or Generact. I will always remember their kindness and help in a very stressful situation.

    Mike Harris came out to perform the scheduled air conditioner maintenance. He called ahead to let me know his approximate arrival time and hee was right on time. Mike also replaced a faulty electrical cable connector likely saving a service call and potentially loss of A/C during the hot summer. His service was above and beyond expectations.

    I have been having no luck getting my new generator online with mobile link. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, Ryan determined that the generator’s internal wi-fi receptor had not been plugged in - apparently at the factory. He plugged it in and I’m now online.
