Metro Heating and A/C

Metro Heating and A/C provided excellent service when our air conditioning system broke down. Their customer service team was responsive and professional, and they quickly scheduled a technician to come to our home and assess the situation.
The technician arrived on time and was knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain the issue with our A/C system in detail, and he provided us with several options for repair. He was patient with our questions and concerns, and he worked efficiently to fix the problem.
Overall, we were very impressed with their level of professionalism and expertise. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix our A/C system, and we were back to enjoying cool air in no time. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of A/C repair or maintenance services.

I am not sure how this company receives such high ratings. The technician was in and out of the house in about 5 minutes. Misdiagnosed my system and I would've have been out of 4K had I agreed to their bogus diagnosis. Thankfully, another company fixed the simple electrical problem, and the AC is up and running.

Metro: In response to your response. I did try to call to find out what was going on. I am sure you are a great company as your star rating reflects that. In my case, it was simply not a great service, it happens. Had anyone called me back to explain the problems with the system, we wouldn't be here. Lets not make a habit of retaliating to the consumer when you get a low rating based on the individual experience.

It took a little while to get things scheduled but once we did the tech's were great. Friendly and efficient. Replaced two hot water heaters with no problems. Even checked on my humidifier and found an issue they will be back to repair. Will definately have them back.

They replaced my hot water heater. They were considerate and let me know when they would arrive. Kent and Nate were courteous and very professional. They took the time to explain what needed to be done. They completed the work in a timely fashion and checked to make sure I had hot water and good water pressure before they left. They took their trash with them and left everything clean. I highly recommend Metro Heating, AC, & Plumbing.

Fantastic company! My home warranty company set us up with an appointment with Metro Heating and AC to have our water heater looked at. Mike knew the issue in seconds and had a claim submitted and new installation scheduled in a timely manner. He arrived on time and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable in all aspects relating to our water heater. Definitely consider using this company if the need arises!
