I wanted an estimate for a new Furnace and AC unit. They won’t send anyone out to do that. They want you to give them the size of your current AC so they can give us a “ballpark estimate “. No! I’m spending too much money to be dismissed with a phone ballpark estimate. Glad the other companies I spoke to are sending people out this week and they will get this job without it having to be financed.

These very nice people have been servicing my air conditioner and furnace for close to twenty years and they are dependable, knowledgable all at a reasonable price. Vern and Susie are who to call when you have furnace or air-conditioning problems.

Charge me $125 for a faulty evaluation of my furnace. Then called arctic cool, Brandon who fixed it with no parts.

AC stopped working at our house the night before. I called them at 8 am they had someone at my home by 10 am diagnosed the issue and was back by 1 pm had it fixed by 2.. AWSOME

Horrible.....bought a new a/c and have to have it worked on every year but top price and still have problems paying for a sevice call every year... last year they just came and suck a stick in the drain and charged full price for minutes worth of work today same troblem... do not use this company
