At first I was excited by this company. They were able to come and look at my system only a few days after calling for an apt. and installed about a week later, during one of the hot weeks.
However, working with Nikki to get my rebate has been a nightmare. During the sales pitch I was told the system I picked qualified for a $500 rebate. After 7 MONTHS and many unanswered and not returned phone calls (I actually had to go to their shop and she still wasn't there) I'm finally finding out the system doesn't qualify.
I don't blame the technician, he was going off what his tablet said. But I could never get a hold of Nikki, she never called back and I had to literally watch her fill out the form. Now, 6 weeks after seeing her in person (she said it would be 2 weeks) I get a very formal and impersonal email how I don't qualify and was offered 2 free inspections.
If it wasn't for their lack of customer service I would recommend this company to everyone I know. But I don't understand how someone can be so bad at their job.
Tim W. came out to my house to fix an electrical issue that wiped out power to a couple rooms in the house. He was extremely thorough in trying to diagnose the problem. He figured out a solution and went to work. Tim knows his stuff and I'd be happy to recommend him to anyone in need of his services. I know who I'm calling if I need any electrical work done!
Had furnace and ac replaced. Jose Hidalgo and crew were prompt, friendly, answered all questions and explained everything clearly. Meticulously cleaned up all areas. We would definately have them back for any future service needs.
They arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got the repairs made. They were on their way in under an hour. Glad they helped me in my HVAC issues and will use them again.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. Technician came out, gave us an estimate. All fine and dandy. Scheduled the work with them. Technician was sick. We rescheduled. The day of the reschedule we were told 2 pm. I already had a doctor’s appointment scheduled that morning. They came two hours early and we were not home. They said they’d need to reschedule. We ended up not going through with the service. The technician left our screen door open, it was a windy day. We came home to a broken door and management refuses to take care of it. HORRIBLE company that could care less about their customers. Be warned!
Wasn't told ahead of time they would charge for the bid. The contractor looked at the job charged me for the bid and proceeded to tell me how this was a 6 man job and they only had 2 guys and he would give me a price later but the whole time everything he was saying was telling me his bid would be outrageous but if I wanted it done he would find a way to do it. I told them on the phone what I wanted done ahead of time. The secretary scheduled the bid anyway. He showed up late because it was "so far" out here. Same drive I make to work on time daily. Gave me a terrible bid and charged me $50 for absolutely nothing. Wouldn't hire these guys to wire a plug in. People quit hiring bad contractors and they will start doing their jobs correctly and respectfully. They had the audacity to call back 2 weeks later and ask if I was going to hire them for the Job
