Kyle did an awesome job!
I requested Kyle for my service 6/31/2023 to install another comfort height TOTO Drake toilet.
Kyle is a Master Plumber, takes great pride in his work and is a go-to resource and mentor to other apprentice. Kyle has provided services that include installing garbage disposal, installing multiple comfort height toilets, and service for tankless water heaters, and the list goes on. I have been using R-Mech Heating and Cooling ever since 2012 and l know they provide a highly professional service. I would recommend them to everyone!

Highly recommend using this company for your HVAC needs. The receptionist was super friendly and help me quite a bit. While they could help us the day I called due to the location of our unit being on the roof, they made up for it the next day with exceptional speed and professionalism. I will ONLY be calling this company for our HVAC needs.

Absolutely the only Heating/Cooling/Plumbing company anyone needs. Dealt with 4 different techs and all 4 were amazing at there job and just awesome people. I've told as many people as I can about this company as it is just hassle free and no upsales or bs when they show up. Very happy everytime. They've fixed a gas leak, a water leak, and most recently our AC unit. No problems. Also the people on the phone making the appointments... super nice and on point with what they are doing :)

Our sump pump died and the R-Mech team were the first ones we called. The tech (Jason C.) was professional, knowledgeable and punctual, did his assessment, informed us of the repairs, grabbed the parts and was done in less than an hour.

I had R-Mech install a new furnace and a/c unit a few years ago, and have them out yearly for a check-up. The techs are always on time, friendly, and they really know their business!! I have always been impressed with them by their thoroughness and knowledge. This IS a company you can trust!

I had sewer line collapse and Kyle, Steven and Jamen were the techs that fixed it. Thoughtful, knowledgeable attention to detail all were on display w/ these guys. From start to finish could not have had a more capable crew. Lindsey in the office was instrumental in helping w/ getting my insurance to come through. Even the agent @ Travelers commented on her promptness and details to insure payment. My claim was settled in 5 days. The crew took approximately 4 days to finish including clean up. I can’t say enough good things about these people and their helpfulness.

Had a great experience with R Mech. Came out same day i called to help for the service call.. Then They installed a new ac/furnance, did it fast, and very friendly. Gave me multiple choices on how to pay. Appreciated the professionalism, and fast convient service.
