Michael was professional, friendly and honest. He thoroughly explained what maintenance needed to be done and why without being pushy. He even removed a snake that was living next to our A/C unit for us. Was very timely in responding to us when something unexpected came up the following day with the unit.

Jon Adams once again gives excellent 5 Star service. As well Amber and the rest of the team that answers the phone and schedules Jon and other service providers are always excellent and professional. I highly recommend this company for your heating cooling and plumbing repairs.

My furnace stopped working and we called R-Mech for services. We have used them in the past and felt very confident in them fixing it.

Our technician, Cory, was very knowledgeable about our AC unit. He thoroughly explained all the details of his process while examining and fixing the parts of our AC that were necessary. Wonderful job, and we would use him again!

Had R-mech out to do a tune up and look at a plumbing leak. The technician they sent was Cory. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He really knew what he was doing checking my plumbing. Haven’t drained out that great in a while! If I wasn’t married I would have probably switched teams to take a chance with him. Handsome guy! I’ll be requesting him for any of my required home services from now on even if he changes jobs!

We’ve used R-Mech numerous times through the years for all of our heating and cooling as well as plumbing service work. The technicians are knowledgeable & professional. It’s also nice that they clean up after themselves. Our technician today was Michael C. & he went above and beyond in explaining what he was doing & what recommendations he advised be taken immediately & what could be postponed to a later date. I appreciated his honesty and commitment to great customer service.

Our tech today, Corey, did a great job and was very courteous, informative and quick and professional. He diagnosed the issue, did the service maintenance under the warranty and completed everything. Extremely thorough. (He had even called ahead of schedule as he had a few openings, but we couldn't had done it earlier due to a dental emergency, but we would have if not for the dental) Recommended, once they get the additional expansion tank for the water heater (installed in 2017), and we've used them for our, HV (2019) and AC (2020).

R-Mech was very timely in their response (service was rendered the next day after my request!). I received a text and a phone call from the service professional, both advising me that he was on his way.

My "repair" was a simple adjustment, which was diagnosed within minutes of examining my humidifier. The system was examined and a solution was applied. The service professional put the system through a few "tests" to assure the adjustment was all that was needed. He then gave the system a quick look to make sure it was operating with efficiency. Very pleased.
